Chapter 9'Unexpected'

Time pass by quickly.The audition for the Master Course has ended and today the result are out.All of the student who participated in the audition swarmed the big board.Me,being a short girl (￣ˇ￣) have to stand on tiptoe."I can't see!",I mumble.Suddenly,the person in front of me knock me causing me to lose balance.

"A-ah!",I yelp.I'm going to fall! I can see the world going upside down in slow motion until a hand cover my back.I blink and stand straight.I turn to my back to see the savior.I blush right away when I see Syo smile at me.

"You shorty!",he stick his tongue out.

"look at yourself",I said and turn back then tiptoe again,slightly jumping.

SYO'S POV
Seeing how hard (f/n) try to see the board makes me want to laugh.She's so cute.Alright!
I grab (f/n) shoulder with my left hand and my other hand shoving the crowd of students for both of us so we can see the board more clearly.I could hear her gasp because of my sudden action."hora,its more clearly right?",I said to her.I can see her cheek flushed pink.She cover it by making an unsatisfied face while looking on the board.

"there is it!",she shout as her finger point at some place.I quickly look at where (f/n) pointed :

1.Nanami group
2.Ami group

My eyes widen.There's some kind of exciting feeling inside of me that feel like its going to explode."YATTA!!",I shout loudly while my fist on air.Everybody look at me including (f/n).Even though I notice that,I just ignore it and run out of the crowd leaving (f/n) there.I need to tell Nanami about this! I can't wait to tell everyone!I was too excited that I forgot about (f/n)....(you idiot Syo...haish...＠(￣-￣)＠)

🐤a moment later🐤

I rush to the practice room where Nanami is.The closer I am to the room,the clearer the sound of piano playing."Nanami!",I slam the door opened while shouting her name.She gasp as her finger no longer dancing on the piano key.

"oh,Syo-kun.whats wro-",she doesn't get to finish when I came running and hug her.

"we did it!WE DID IT NANAMI!!",I pull her from the hug and exclaim about our achievement.At first she look surprise but soon her face forming a gentle smile as if she understand what I mean.I then hug her back but this time swinging her around.She giggle while I laugh.After a few swing,I let her down.We smile to each other.

"lets tell the other",Nanami said.
"yeah!",I agree.We then turn to walk out of the room when a shock came through me.There's someone beside us here all the time even though she just stand at the door.

"(f/)-(f/n)-",I held out my hand as if she will go away any moment.Her face was filled with shock and disappointment because I know how she feel for me.I can sense Nanami look at me with worried face.

"go-gomen...I disturb you guys...",she stutter with a look of hurt in her eyes.She back away slowly then run.

My mouth gap open and my eyes widen."(f/n)!matte!",I run after her leaving Nanami there.I'm sure Nanami understand.

READER'S POV
After Syo leave me behind,I quickly swim out of the crowd.Fortunately,I did get out.Sighing a little,I run searching for Syo.Using my instinct,I made my way to the practice room."Syo-",I stop halfway when I see the scene before me.Syo is swinging Nanami around.They had this kind of fuwa fuwa aura surrounding them.At the same time,my heart sting and I thought,I shouldn't disturb them so I should go but my feet won't move.After a while,they start to walk away from the room.Too bad,their pace stop after they saw me at the door.I flinch and stutter a 'sorry' then run to somewhere unnoticeable.I ignore when Syo call out my name.

After calming myself down,I walk limply to the class since the bell going to ring soon.

"oh?okairi (f/n)-chan!did you see the result^O^-something bothering you?ˋ︿ˊ",Ami face turn from excited to concern one.

"lets talk about this later,kay?sorry",I said and just sit.My eyes stare at the blank white board.Ami hum a yes then Hyuuga-sensei came.

In the middle of Hyuuga-sensei teaching,a sudden announcement was made.
"ATTENTION TO THE STUDENT NAMED HARUKA NANAMI AND SYO KURUSU,YOU TWO MUST BE AT PRINCIPAL OFFICE DURING LUNCH TIME",the speaker said.As soon as the announcement finish,the class become noisy because of students chattering.I take a glance at Syo and see his face sweat dropped.

ah,when did he came in?I didn't realize at all.Thats not it!why did Saotome want to meet Nanami and Syo?

Then,Hyuuga-sensei calm the students down and continue the class.During the class,I can't even concentrate.My mind is full of what happened before.

🐤time skip until lunch time🐤

After Hyuuga-sensei walk out of the class,I see Syo walking out too.His face show that he was worried and confused.Tokiya want to stop him but he walk too fast.Before he step out of the classroom,he met my eyes.My eyes widen.Its as if he want to tell me, 'don't worry about me and I'm sorry'.Then he step out of the classroom.

"(f/n)-chan",Ami call from behind.I turn to her.She had a warm smile on.
"C'mon,tell me",she said.I then nod and tell her what had happened.
"I see...but its weird though why they got called",Ami have her hand on her chin.
"I was there.They didn't do anything.I saw with my own eyes that they were just having a fr-friendly hug after Syo knew the result.I'm sure if I told Shining that I witnessed everything,they could be safe from any punishment",I explained to her.

"I agree",a voice spoke.
"???,waah!when did you get here?",I shouted,surprise of Tokiya sudden appearance.
"never mind it,right now we should go check Ochibi-chan and Nanami out",Ren suddenly spoke.
"geh!when did you get here?",Ami's turn to shout.

The two guys just look at us.Then,three different voice shout our name by the door.We look at them with a surprise look.
"Did you guys hear?They might expel Syo-kun and Nanami",Ittoki said.(Is that how Ittoki call Syo and Nanami?)

Each of us choke on our voice.Natsuki and Masato nod.Then,we heard some students saying,"unbelievable,they are a couple?" "how dare they.The worst".

"ne,you.what are you girls talking about?"Ren spoke to them.The students turn to Ren and show her phone.Its a picture of Syo hugging Nanami.Our eyes widen.Ren said thanks to them and turn back to us.We couldn't say a word.The air feels heavy and I can sense they are all looking at me.

"le-lets check them out",I said with my head down."I want them to know the truth!",I lift my head up and look at each of them with a glittering eyes.
"Yeah,who knows we can help!",Natsuki brighten up the gloomy aura.
"Lets go!",Ittoki said.We then run to Shining office.Syo-kun!
