Jelly-Brain Jinx- causes the affected person's or persons' brains to act mental temporarily, most likely the curse used on Ron in the Department of Mysteries (OotP)
Jelly-Fingers Curse- causes the fingers of the target to become jelly-like and wiggly, almost like Harry's arm after the Quidditch game (CoS)
