Salvio Hexia- exact use unknown, but is thought to do something that helps to protect a certain area or object, since it was used to keep Harry, Ron, and Hermione safe in DH
Sardine Hex- makes sardines come out of the victim's nose
Scorching Spell- uses flames to "scorch" or burn the target
Scourgify- (Scouring Charm) used to clean something
Sectumsempra- creates cuts across the victim's body and causes them to bleed profusely. Invented by Professor Severus Snape. Also can be used to cut off a specific part of the body. *cough George Weasley's ear cough*
Shield Penetration Spell- destroys shields charms. Used by Voldemort in DH (movie).
Smashing Spell- causes explosions and blows up items. Used by Bellatrix after Dumbledore's death (HBP)
Serpensortia- (Snake Summons Spell) conjures a snake from the wand tip
Silencio- (Silencing Charm) makes something silent
Skurge- used to clean up the goo (scientifically called ectoplasm) left by ghosts and ghouls
Slugulus Erecto- (Slug-Vomiting Charm) hits the unfortunate victim with a charm that causes him to spew slugs for ten minutes straight. The slugs decrease in size as time goes on. Ron was sadly the target in CoS.
Smashing Spell- produces explosions while destroying things
Sonorus- (Amplifying Charm) make a voice louder. Opposite of Quietus.
Specialis Revelio- (Scarpin's Revelaspell) causes an object or anything to reveal its secrets
Spongify- (Softening Charm) softens the target
Stealth Sensoring Spell- discovers anyone using magical disguise
