Obliteration Charm- used to remove footprints; could also be used to obliterate something, hence the name
Obliviate (Memory Charm) removes a specific event or time span from the victim's memory. It was invented by Mnemone Radford, the first Obliviator for the Ministry of Magic.
Obscuro- places a blindfold over the target's eyes so they can't see. Used by Hermione on Phineas Negellus in DH
Oculus Reparo- A form of Reparo; however, it is used for eye glasses only. Used twice by Hermione in SS and CoS.
Oppugno (Oppugno Jinx) causes animals (or beings of lesser value) to attack the target. Cleverly used by Hermione in HBP
Orbis- sucks the target into the ground
Orchideous- makes flowers appear out of the caster's wand
