Colleen and Joshua's lives are incredible. They have good jobs, A wonderful baby boy named Ethan, and each other. They thought that when they had Ethan everything would change, and they wouldn't have time for each other any more. They were wrong about one thing. Their lives completely, for the better. Having their almost-one-year-old in their lives has been the best time of their lives. And they equally spend alone time together. They go on dates all the time. Which is healthy for a marriage. Their favourite thing to do is to sit in the backyard together and watch their boy play. Sometimes they even join Ethan in the fun. His favourite games are: baby, he LOVES to play with dolls and pretend it's his baby. He also really loves cars, he builds roads and makes a town and drives all the little cars around for hours. Also tag, Ethan is very energetic and loves to run everywhere. So tag really burns his energy and then it's easier for Colleen and Joshua to put him down for his nap.
Colleen is sitting in Joshua's lap on the grass. Her arms are around his neck and his are around her hips. Their are watching their bundle of joy put his baby doll to sleep. Josh kisses Colleen's bare shoulder as she is wearing a thin summer dress with no straps. "Mommy! Daddy! Come play with me!" Ethan yells to his parents. Joshua smiles. "We another one to keep him occupied." Joshua says standing up. Colleen smiles to herself. Joshua catches a bit of her smile. He grabs her hips and turns her for a second. "What was that smile for?" he asks inches away from her face. "I was going to wait, but in about 8 month Ethan will be a big brother." Colleen says smiling from ear to ear. Joshua's jaw drops to the ground. Without letting him say anything, Colleen runs away to play tag with her son. "Tag you're it!" Colleen yells touching her sons shoulder. They run around the yard together giggling until Ethan runs to Josh and touches his leg. "You're it daddy!" still in shock, Joshua runs to catch Colleen. She doesn't even bother to run away. She jumps in his arms as he spins her in a circle. They fall on the ground together. Colleen is on top of her husband while they are both laughing and smiling. "You're not kidding are you?" Joshua asks. She shakes her head no. He wraps his arms around her waist and kisses her lips softly. "I love you" Colleen says pulling away from the kiss. "I love you more." Joshua argues kissing her lips again.
