Getting Ready

I woke up when I heard "little things", it was my ringtone.

"hello?" I said with the sleepiest voice. "hey, are you almost ready?" it was Simone. "what? omg I forgot I'm so sorry, I'll be ready in 15 minutes" I started rolling out of my bed. "alright hurry, text me when to come"

I quickly went to the bathroom brushed my teeth, cleansed my face, and put on a little bit of makeup, since I wasn't the most confident person.

I made my way to my closet and picked out some black leggings, a blue plaid flannel, a white tank top, and some black combat boots. I quickly put my hair in a side braid and texted Simone.

she was at my house in about 5 seconds.

"heyyy how are you?" she said, while sitting in her white Nissan Sentra.

"hi, I'm good and you?" "awesome, hop in"

Simone was rich, in my opinion at least. she lived in a gorgeous house and got a brand new car for her sixteenth birthday.

"so are you ready for tomorrow?" she asked " yes, I'm so excited. I can't wait for the beautiful beach everyday, and the cute boys." I said and gave her a nudge, she giggled and agreed.

we quickly arrived to the mall. I had saved up and and wanted to buy some new things for Cali.

"holy shit this is gorgeous!" I shrieked when I saw the most gorgeous bathing suit. it was a two piece with a high waisted bottom and a cute triangle top with floral print. I needed it.

"its 120 dollars.." I said when I flipped he tag. " I'll get it for you" said Simone with a smile "are you crazy"

" no come on its an early birthday present"

"my birthday isn't for another 2 months Simone"

"well too bad"

She grabbed the bikini with a bunch of other things she had picked out.

After shopping for about 6 hours we decided to head home.

"wanna spend the night?" Simone asked.

"I think I'll stay home, last day you know?"

" I complete forgot, I have to finish packing too. well I'll pick you up tomorrow at 5 ok?"

"yeah, byee" I said and have her a quick hug.

my mom made dinner again. except this time she made tacos and a cake. I loved her.

when I finished eating I went upstairs to pack. I packed all of my clothes and everything I had gotten at the mall, some other things too.

*knock knock*

"come in" it was my mom.

" hey honey, so to give you a good head start to your year in university and all, we decided to get you this" she was holding a box wrapped in wrapping paper and  had a big smile on her face.

I took the package and started unwrapping. I couldn't believe she had gotten me this.

" a macbook pro! thank you so much mom!" I gave her a big hug.

"you're welcome, good luck. finish packing so you don't have to do it tomorrow"

" ok mom, thank you again!"

I was putting things in my suitcase when I picked up a family photo. it was the time we went to Hawaii.  I smiled, cried a little too. then I quickly put it in my suitcase.

I finished packing and went to sleep. tomorrow is the big day.

ok so I know this chapter is sort of boring but it gets interesting soon, I promise. I'll write it very soon:)
