Strawberry Fight

This is a request!! I've never really wrote Tratie before so we'll see how it goes haha.

Katie

"Psst, psst, psst, Katie! Wake up!"

I groaned, moving my arms and being met with pain. Sitting up, I opened my eyes and looked around, where was I?

"Geez, finally you are awake! It's been 2 weeks and you've been worrying Travis terribly, and taking up space." said a voice near me, Will Solace.

"What do you mean? Also, nice to see you too." I asked.

"You, Katie, have been in here, the Infirmary, for 2 weeks due to an injury from the Giant war. You, Katie, have been worrying your boyfriend, Travis, this entire time." Will explained to me while he checked my vitals.

"So, what exactly did to do to get myself in here?"

"You broke 5 of your ribs when you got a spear shaft to the stomach by a Cyclops. You flew into the Demeter cabin, head first and got a severe concussion."

"I got stabbed? It doesn't feel like I did."

"You got whacked, not stabbed, silly Katie. I'll tell your boyfriend you're awake, he'll be over the moon." Will said, writing down some numbers on a sheet next to me," You can leave, just check in daily for testing for your concussion."

"Sweet!" I said, swinging my legs over the bedside, getting a huge wave of nausea and Will pushing me back into a lying position.

"However, you need someone to 'check' you out so you can leave." said Will, tapping his clipboard with his pen.

"'Check' me out? Why? It's camp and I can check myself out!" I said, sitting back up.

"FOR THE GODS SAKE LEGAL REASONS KATIE."Will said, pushing he into a lying position once again, "Doctors order." He finished, with a smug look on his face.

I sighed heavily.

"KATIE!" Someone shouted, running towards us with their face obscured by the shadow.

I squinted, it was Travis!

"Finally, I can get out of this hellhole." I muttered to myself.

"Katie, let me remind you you have been awake for a solid," Will checked his watch," 6 minutes."

"Katie, I'm so glad you're awake!" Travis said, then turning to Will," What do I need to do to get my girl out of here?" He said, snapping his fingers.

"Sign here." said Will, pointing to his paper with his pen. Travis signed the paper."Sign here too," he pointed to another spot, Travis signed "And last but not least, here."

"Okay Katie, you can legally leave this 'hellhole' that you were conscious in for," Will checked his watch," Ooh, 10 minutes."

"Goodbye Will, thanks for fixin' me up." I said, following Travis out the screen door.

"I missed you so much, I was by your bedside as much as I could." Travis said, grabbing my hand and throwing a strawberry at me as we walked through the strawberry fields at my request.

"Thank you, I missed you too."  I said, zoning out.

"Katiebug?"

"Yes Travis?"

"Can you please untangle these vines that are around my legs, I can't move."

"No, there is a reason those are vines are there." I said, easing the vines up higher by moving my hands.

"You started this war!" I said laughing and launching strawberries at Travis, I launched them lightly to not cause any severe damage to my guy.

"I surrender, you win." Travis said.

"Alright, works for me." I said, making the vines fall.

Travis walked over and kissed my    forehead and said "I love you Katie."

Long time no post, eh?
I will not be writing this weekend due to the fact I will be out of town and I will be at a 5 Seconds of Summer concert in New Jersey.
