Rick and I walked into the prison with silence, and I hoped no one would bombard me with questions.
I glanced over to Negan who was talking to Rosita and Daryl before I continued walking down the hall.
I walked into my cell and found Enid asleep on the top bunk.
"Hey," Negan mumbled, standing by the door.
"What?" I asked.
"Sam!" Enid exclaimed, jumping off the top bunk and hugging me.
She left soon after and Negan walked over in front of me.
"You okay?" He asked.
I shrugged my shoulders and grabbed a book off of my nightstand.
"I had a dream about us and I need to know if it's just a dream or a memory." He stated.
"Okay." I replied.
"We were both drunk, I pushed you against the wall and I kissed you." He replied.
"Where were we?" I asked.
After he explained the details, I remembered it as his home.
"That was your home at the Sanctuary." I replied.
"Thought so." He replied.
I stood up from my bed to get another blanket before he grabbed my wrist and pulled me into him.
I slowly looked up at him before he leaned in and pressed his lips to mine.

After a few seconds, he pulled away and left my breathless.
"What was that for?" I asked.
"Just felt like kissin' ya." He replied, smirking.
I bit my lip, watching as he left my cell.
My heart was racing, my stomach was flipping, and in that moment I felt happy.
