Chapter Numero Cinco

Shay 's POV.

  "Maybe it's not my weekend"

  "But it's gonna be my year"

  "And i'm so sick of watching all the minutes pass as I go no where"

  "And this is my reaction"

  "To everything I fear"

  "Cause I've been going crazy "

  "I don't want to waste another minute here"

  I sang along to one of my favorite songs while getting ready to meet up with Camila I was thinking of taking her to where Lauren works since they seemed to hit it off at dinner when Camila was at our house. I wanted them to become friends since I planned to be Camila's girlfriend or at least date for a while. Lauren's opinion matters to me, a lot. I want them to be friends before I make any moves on Camila.

  Before I was out the door, I heard Jovie turning on the vacuum in Lauren's room. I hope Lauren isn't in a bad mood. Jovie is... having her time of the month, if you know what I mean. Jovie is a really nice person, Unless she's on her lady problems. She's actually one of the reason's why i'm here.

  I was adopted by the Jauregui family when I was 13 years old. Lauren has been my friend since the third grade and I've never been more grateful to have met someone like her. She has always been there when I needed her, which was most of the time right up until I was adopted my them.

  Anyways, the Jauregui family couldn't exactly adopt me at first since no one could take care of me. I was in a foster home for a while until I ran away. I was on the streets for a couple of days until Jovie found me laying down on a bench while she was walking with Lauren. I didn't exactly talk to Lauren at the time since I told her to leave me alone and used some colorful and creative words. I thought she would be mad at me and just walk of but instead she ran up to me and hugged me and told me how much she misses me. That day, they took me in and had done some paperwork and a week later, I'm officially a Jauregui. 

  Ever since that day, I have vowed to never hurt any of the Jauregui family. Specially Lauren

  What I didn't know was that by going to this "date" with Camila, I would be hurting Lauren in the future.

A/N: Short chapter I know, but I haven't updated and I felt bad so here it is. I also won't be updating a lot since I start my summer classes tomorrow. I know, I suck. These chapters will gradually get longer, I hope. But if you know me, I'm as lazy as a pillow, so maybe it'll get longer. I don't wanna give you guys short crappy chapters but if I don't feel like writing, I'll most like still write but it will be poop. so I apologize in advance.
