*Mark's P.O.V.*

She kept kissing my neck as I lifted her and brought her to my room and closed the door. I laid her carefully on the bed and stared into her beautiful blue eyes.

"Is everything alright?" she asked.

"Yeah," I said, "yeah, I'm extremely alright," I smiled at her, and climbed on top of her as we continued kissing.

As I was about to reach for her breasts, her phone rang. She grunted, and I climbed off of her. She answered the call.

"Hello?" she said, sounding annoyed. I heard the person on the other phone talking, but couldn't make out what they said. "It's Nate," she announced while looking at me, "he needs me in my apartment. Do you want to come?" I nodded and we walked to her place.

"KNOCK, KNOCK!!" she exclaimed as she opened the door.

"Hey! Could you help me with this?" he yelled, "I don't know where it goes!"

"Yeah, I'll be right there!" she yelled back. She then looked at me, "You wanna help?

"Yeah," I replied. I followed her to her new bedroom where Nate needed help.

"Nate," she uttered, "I'll take it from here. Do you think you and Mark could carry the rest of the furniture into the living room?"

"Yup!" he said, before leaving and going out to the stuff the moving truck left behind.

Kate turned around and sighed, "What time is it?" she then asked.

"1:43," I replied.

"You should go help Nate. He's probably waiting for you," she said tiredly. She then walked closer to me and kissed me on the cheek, "Oh also, can we talk later?..."

"Yeah, sure!" I said to Kate before leaving.

*Kate's P.O.V.*

I wanted to ask him if we were actually a "thing." He never asked me to be his girlfriend. All of this happened so quickly. It's so hard to believe. Am I dreaming?...

***

My thoughts were interrupted by a gunshot and a male screaming, 'Oh god...' I thought to myself. I began to breather harder and I didn't know what to do. I slapped myself and gathered my thoughts, then ran quickly outside to see what had happened. "MARK!?! NATE?!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, "WHERE ARE YOU?!" I heard another gunshot, and looked around. I saw him, his gun, aimed at me. I looked down. I had been hit.

It didn't hurt. I heard people around me. And then I saw him, Mark. He was okay. I smiled and cupped my hands on his cheeks, "I love you," he looked at me, he was frightened.

"KATE!" Mark yelled. He kissed me delicately on the lips, and looked me in the eyes, "BEEP BEEP BEEP! BEEP BEEP BEEP!"

"What?" I said, confused. And then I woke up, "WHAT? None of that happened?!" my alarm was still going off. I slammed the button to turn it off, and groaned. 'Maybe some of that dream might actually happen," I slowly got up and checked the time, "HOLY SHIT! I'M GOING TO BE LATE!" I ran to the closet and quickly put on the outfit I put out last night. I finished packing everything, and the movers collected everything out of my house. I got in my car and drove to the airport.

The lines were long. "Are you kidding me?!" I said, annoyed by the situation. I checked in at a kiosk, avoiding the first long line. I then continued to security. The line was even longer. I groaned and waited in line.

"Excuse me, Miss," a female worker said behind me. I turned around and looked at her, "Would you like to go through pre-check?" she asked.

"Yes, please!! Thank you, a million times thank you!" I smiled at her, and followed her to the MUCH shorter line, only containing two or three people. I quickly got through security and ran to my gate. I had two minutes to spare. The lady at the front desk then called my name.

"Kate Bell to the front desk, please," she stated, "Kate Bell, to the front desk," I ran to the front desk, "Ah yes, hello. It looks like the plane is full except for first class," she told me. I groaned once again. "We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience, to make up for it, we'd like to upgrade you to first class for free!" she said, smiling at me.

"Oh, thank you!" I said to her, "thank you so much!" I smiled at her once more before sitting down.

The young woman spoke into the microphone once again, "Flight 265 to Los Angeles, California now boarding. We'd like to welcome anyone serving in the military at this moment, and any mothers with children," the woman said. The mothers and the military soldiers all boarded the plane. "Now boarding anyone seated in first class," she announced. I stood up and walked towards the door. She scanned my boarding pass and I walked onto the plane after thanking her once more.

I sat in my seat and took out my headphones, 'Maybe today will turn out even better than I thought it would,' I thought to myself. I waited for everyone else to board the plane, and we took off.

I was listening to one of my favorite songs, "Stressed Out" by Twenty One Pilots. The flight attendant got my attention and asked what I wanted for a drink, "I'll have a Mimosa, please!" I smiled at her, and she nodded with a smile. I had been in first class with my mother a couple times when I was younger, so I knew you got free alcoholic drinks. She brought me my drink, and a puff pastry with raspberry filling for breakfast. I thanked her and began eating.

Once the plane landed, I smiled, for I was about to begin a new stage of my life. I couldn't wait. I got off the plane with my bags and got a taxi to drive me to my new home.

When we got to my new house, I got out, paid the driver, and thanked him. I walked to the door, and sighed. I smiled, and unlocked the door. I slowly walked in. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The kitchen had granite counter tops, it had a beautiful back splash, and the cabinets were painted black with gold handles. The sink was black as well, and so were the other appliances. I looked at the beautiful Samsung fridge the fancy house came with."WOW! My FRIDGE has a touch screen?!" I exclaimed. I began playing around with it and checking out all of it's settings.

I looked around the rest of the house and went to my bedroom. It was huge. It had a walk-in closet, a huge bathroom, and the room itself was much bigger than my last. I was extremely excited that I had a new home.

I know I'll love it here.
