Next day
The door suddenly opened and Ten ran into my class. "Pigtails, I have something to show you!" He said as he was running out of breath. "Look!"
I set my pencil aside and looked up from drawing. I looked at Ten and was holding up a pink phone.
"What?" I ask before bringing my attention back to my drawing. "Is it that phone? It's cool, I guess."
"I bought you this phone!" Ten said with excitement before neatly placing the phone on top of my drawing.
I was so shocked that I accidentally broke my pencil top. "You did... what?" I looked at him.
Ten grabs the phone and placed it closer to me. "I bought you a phone." He smiles at me.
I stood up and stared at the phone. "Why... did you do... that?" I ask.
Why would this guy who I barley know buy me a phone? No, that's just unacceptable.
Ten fold his arms. "Because we're fake friends." He said, whispering the fake part.
"Yeah," I look at him. "FAKE!" I rub my forehead and sat back down. "Ten we aren't actual friends... so you don't have to do that stuff for... me. Even if we were... real friends... you shouldn't do that stuff for me."
"But it's the least I can do for kind of pressuring you to join my project," Ten said, shamefully. "So just keep it,"
"You didn't pressure me... I wanted to do it," I said, truthfully.
"Then think of this as a welcome gift for joining my project." He said, grabbing the phone and placing it into my hand.
I set the phone down. "Thanks but no thanks..."
"Come on, Pigtails!" Ten said, sighing in frustration. "If you don't take it... I'll kick you out," he threatened.
I looked at him with desperation. "No!" I take the phone back. "Thank you... for the gift." I place my hands together. "I'll pray for you every night!" I bow repeatedly.
Ten sat down on my desk. "I already put our numbers in there and our birthday's are in your calendar. I took a lot selfies so that you could post them on my birthday." He pats my head.
I cover my head. "Thank... you." I place my hands on the desk. "Like... really... thank you."
"Don't mention it, Pigtails." Ten chuckled. "Oh!" He suddenly clapped his hands. "We should take a selfie together!" He then pouts. "Since you already took a picture with Mina and Yeri... I won't be your first... but that's okay... I guess."
Is Ten really sulking right now? Weird. Ten then suddenly placed his arm over my shoulder and pulled me towards him. I look at him from shock and blushed. All he did was smile before taking out the phone.
