Backstory- His mother died during childbirth, and his father is who-knows-where. He has lived in Hell with his twin sister, Neap, for the majority of his life, and has only recently moved to earth's surface to live out the rest of his life (age 16). His home is an apartment with his twin, and lives a normal life working at volunteer stations around the town.
Other- Has a huge sleep problem. He's done some research and has come down to either "narcolepsy" or "insomnia", so he just calls it "narcomnia". XD
