[Third/Second Person POV]

You said bye to the group as you got to your house. But before you even got home, the group explained you more things about the dance groups and things. You still didn't tell them that you know hip hop though. You weren't sure if you should or not. You sighed and went inside your house and saw your mom wasn't home yet. Usually, she goes back home before you do. You were worried, but you just shrugged it off. You went upstairs to your room and hung your bag on the wall. You yawned as you grabbed your laptop and sat on your bed. You opened up your messages and things until you were interrupted by the doorbell ringing. You groaned and put your laptop on your bed as you stood up. The person who was ringing the doorbell kept ringing it. You groaned more and yelled, "WAIT!" As you walked downstairs. You got to the door and opened it and saw three police officers. "Uh?? Can I help you?"You asked worriedly.

"Are you (Y/N) (L/N)?"One of them asked.

"Yes, why?"You said, confused.

"[Mother's Name] [Mother's Last Name] is in the hospital. She was stabbed by a gang of thieves. You're her daughter, are you not?"One of them said as you started to tear up.

"Y-Yes! I'm her daughter! In which hospital is she in?!"You said, starting to cry.

"We'll bring you to the hospital."One of them said. You quickly grabbed your phone from the table first then you went with the police officers to the hospital.

[Sans' POV]

Paps and I got home. But Paps will be leaving in a few minutes to go with Mettaton to the Underground for certain things. I sighed and flopped on the couch then opened the TV. I switched the channels, trying to find something good. Yet, I still didn't find one. "BROTHER!! I AM LEAVING NOW!!"Paps yelled from the door.

"Kay, bro."I said as I heard the door close. I sighed and bumped my skull on the couch hard, on purpose. Bored. Might as well just... Wait, (Y/N). I quickly grabbed my phone from my pocket and looked through contacts. Wait, no. I didn't even get her number. What is going on with me? I'm being dumb. I chuckled as I stood up and went over to the door and left. I started to walk to the direction of the new Grillby's. On the way, I saw Frisk with Asriel, Toriel and Asgore. I didn't bother to try and talk to 'em. Kid needs a time with their family. Then I saw Undyne and Alphys hanging out together. Probably on a date. Again, I didn't bother to try and talk to them too. I don't want to ruin their thing.

[Third/Second Person POV]

As Sans was heading to Grillbys, you and the police officers reached the hospital, your mom is in. You quickly asked in which room your mom was in and they said it was at 213. You quickly ran there like there's no tomorrow. You opened the room and saw your mom being fed by a nurse. You quickly ran to her and hugged her, tearing up. Your mom smiled as she tried to hug back, but she couldn't. You started to cry and hugged her tighter. "Mom!! Are you okay?! What happened?! The police officers told me you got stabbed a gang of thieves. Why?! What happened?!"You cried.

"Shhhhhh... Don't worry, I'm fine..."Your mom smiled. You were surprised she's even smiling. She's hurt, yet she's still smiling. She has always been such a kindhearted person.

"Mom..."You sniffed.

"Heh, s-since I'm here... And I can't really work to pay... You'll have to live at my Friend's house for awhile, until I get out... Heh, her name is Toriel... She's the teacher in your math class in your new school... She's a monster, but she's really kind. You probably know this.."Your mom smiled at you.
