Um, There are E. Aster Bunnymund and the warrior eggs at the Earth's Core! references. (There is a ! in the title.)

I walked into my backyard, remembering about the hole that the Easter Bunny left years ago, forgetting to ever go back and close it. I walked around a tree, searching for it, remembering it was in the bush area.

As I was walking I suddenly tripped, falling down. When I looked up, I could see that I was in some tunnel thing. Well, that was easy.

I felt a kind of pull behind me, and I turned around, seeing a stone door type of thing. There was hundreds of rabbits on it, but they looked huge. There was moss covering most of it, and I lightly wiped some away. I stared at what I saw.

It was a glowing egg looking thing. There were little rays of lights coming off of the picture. I lightly touched it.

There was a huge figure, then a yell. It was loud enough to shake me to the bone. Then little eggs behind me did the same. It was unlike any sound I've ever heard.

I gasped softly, backing up, then the door opened, a slow and deep rolling sound echoing through the tunnels.

There were little torches that lit up the way down a tunnel. It slanted down, and was slippery. I grabbed a torch, walking as carefully as I could in slippers. I was still in my pajamas, I hadn't changed, just ran outside to find the hole. Once I reached the end, after what felt like an eternity, I set the torch in an empty holder.

I pushed aside some branches to a Weeping Willow, and I could see another room. There was a soft glow, just barely visible from where I stood. I walked through the room, lightly touching the Willow. They were gorgeous trees, but they had some sad tale about them. I couldn't remember what though.

The light grew brighter as I got closer to the room. I moved aside the last of the branches, and I saw a staff with an egg in the center of the room. It made everything glow.

"I told you to go Frost." An Australian voice said. I saw a huge human head statue with rabbit ears, and at the base was a grey figure. I could smell the blood from where I stood. I suddenly felt sick, but couldn't help but rush over to help the wounded person.

I realized that it was the Easter Bunny when I got over there. "Go. I told you to leave me, Frost." His voice wasn't very strong. It was like he was about to pass out.

"I'm not Frost." I said simply, moving his paw from his stomach. There was a deep gash, and I inhaled sharply. "You're gonna be fine. You need to be fine."

He didn't reply, and I moved my head to his nose, not hearing him inhale. "No. No, no, no, no, no!" I shook him, but he was still. He was dead. "No. You can't be dead. There has to be something." I looked up at the statue. "ANYTHING! PLEASE!"

The staff glowed brighter, and my head shot to it.

Humans still behave badly and never seem to cherish the light. Man can not be trusted.

Inside its curved shell is the purest light in all creation. Light from the exact beginning of time. It is the light that all Pookas were sworn to wield and protect.

I looked at it, running down to the staff. There was a voice in the back of my head "Know that the possibility of death is extreme. To bring one from the dead with the pure light was forbidden, but there's no other Pookas to stop you. Should you use the staff to try and save him, you may be drained of your life force to give it to him. Is this something that you're prepared for?"

"No, but I'll do it if it's the only way."

"And what reasons do you have for saving E. Aster Bunnymund?"

"The world needs hope. They need the Guardians back, because it Pitch succeeded with killing every single one, then he might be able to get to this, use it against any other world that's out there. Control everything. I'm willing to die if that means saving everyone."

There was no response, and I hesitated my fingers millimeters from touching the staff. Was I ready to die? Maybe. Would my parents notice? Probably, but this is for everyone, and if it means having to have to have a few people lose something, then that's what I have to do.

I grabbed the staff, pulling it from the stand it was on. I rushed up the steps awkwardly, since the staff was a good two or three feet taller, at least. I closed my eyes, concentrating on saving him. The egg glowed, and I let a cry out as I felt a tugging in my chest, like something was ripping my heart right out of my chest.

I focused more, courage over coming the fear of dying. A soft breath escaped my throat as I felt the tugging stop, and a kind of peace come over me. I let go of the staff, crumpling to the ground. The last thing I saw was Bunny taking a sharp breath, and then my head falling to face the Weeping Willow.

It was a nice thing to be the last thing I see, I thought before my eyes fluttered shut.
