The Village Hidden in the Leaves.
A peaceful village despite the bloodshed that has tainted the hands of multiple shinobi due to all the wars and battles that have occurred.
Everything bad that ever happened had always ended up having a happy ending no matter how many conflicts arised.
For instance, when the Fourth Hokage had survived the transferring and sealing of the Kyuubi from his wife Kushina Uzumaki into his newborn son Naruto.
Though they didn't make it completely unscathed they had the unfortunate casualty of an important figure from the leaf.
The Third Hokage Sarutobi gave his life up while defending the leaf village from the powerful intruders trying to intercept the Kyuubi's sealing to use its power for their own evil desires. He casted one of the most fatal barrier jutsu over the village. This jutsu wasn't any ordinary barrier jutsu it senses anyone who has negative intentions toward the Leaf and immediately terminates the person who intends on causing any havoc. This also eliminated the possible massacre of the Uchiha Clan since the elders were killed during the attack along with their corrupted plots. Since the elders died, the Fourth had to replace them with other council members.
He decided on the head of the Uchiha Clan Fugaku Uchiha much to the delight of the clan. Since the clan was extremely helpful during the attack, so instead of being suspected as the enemy and were now fully trusted.
The next councilman chosen was Shikaku Nara, because of his genius mind and his excellent strategies that have saved many lives, and have conquered thousand of enemies.
The last member of the council was given to Hizashi Hyuuga, because of his courage, strength, bravery, ninja skills, and because of his mastery over the byakugan, and also his leadership skills.
Now that the village had the most fair and strongest leaders to guide them, everyone can live in peace , and were now living in their own perfect world with their family and friends surrounding them, with love and happiness.
Everyone, except a young orphan girl by the name of Sakura Haruno.
She was born two years after the attack, except her parents died when she was born, which caused her to grow up in a broken down orphanage with the scent of death constantly lingering in the air. She would constantly watch the interaction amongst other families and children; she didn't know what it felt like to be.....happy....the word itself was foreign to her.
Everyday she would go to the busy part of the village and quietly observe.
She used to try to talk to people...anyone really...but they would judge her on her poor appearance and criticize her directly.
Others would just watch with disgusted eyes, and others would just pretend she never existed, that's when she decided that observing from afar was better and caused less attention, and less attention meant there weren't as much punishments once she returned to the orphanage.
Sakura was extremely small for her age. At her current age at 6 years old she was the same size as a toddler.
Which was one of many reasons why she was overlooked by her elders and piers.
She was slowly starting to give up on life and lost the motive to try.
She never walked through the town anymore to observe, and instead she ventured through forests and along the training grounds.
One day when she was doing her daily walk she ended up getting lost and somehow ended up near the Uchiha Clan's training grounds.
She couldn't help but look at it in awe, for it was one of the most amazing sceneries she's ever seen, not that she had seen many sceneries but still it was pretty rare sight for her.
As she was scanning the scenery she noticed two high level shinobis training in the middle of the field.
She was transfixed by them.
Their movements were graceful with the right amount of speed as they sparred, their attacks had perfect precisions, and to her their eyes that were feared by many were a gorgeous ruby color.
As she analyzed them as best she could she realized that one of them was Itachi Uchiha , she had heard of him through the village gossip and had seen him very few times throughout the village.
He was an Anbu at the still young age of 13.
As she looked at the other Uchiha shinobi she couldn't help but stare with admiration.
His movements were flawless more so than Itachi's and that said something.
She watched as he flickered away with so much speed that even the naked eye couldn't catch and watched as he attacked with perfection and strength from above.
Not only were his skills perfect but he looked perfect as well.
He was everything she wasn't and everything she wished to be.
His beautiful dark midnight hair was wavy and kept in an unkempt hairstyle with a few strands failing onto his hiate forehead protector which he kept on his forehead.
His eyes were hypnotizing they weren't the regular onyx colour as many of the other Uchiha had, instead they were an onyx shade with gold specks shining around his irises, they were the most beautiful eyes she had ever seen.
His eyelashes were curled and long they made him even more beautiful.
His eyebrows were perfectly shaped, and his nose was sharply shape as well.
He also had a dimple on his left cheek giving him a mischievous look once he smilled. His skin was a creamy white with a tint of a tan giving him an aura that glowed.
Looking at him made her realize how she was practically hideous and basically had no purpose in life at all.
She looked down at her feet, and thought hard.
When she opened her eyes everything seemed clearer she knew what she wanted to do and she knew how to do it.
She was going to become a ninja, and protect the village like many before her so that it retained it's peaceful glow. She was going to do it her way though, she was going to skip two years once she entered the academy and she was going to be the most deadly shinobi there ever was.
A few weeks ago when she was in the library she came across a shinobi book full of the rules and conducts. She then memorized the whole thing, a rule that popped up in her mind at this moment though was rule number 25: A ninja must never show emotion no matter the circumstances.
She wanted to be a strong and dedicated shinobi; a tool.
It sounded horrid, but it at least gave her a purpose in her already broken life.
With a new purpose she glanced longingly at the gloriously gorgeous shinobi, and turned around to walk "home", as she walked she vowed to never show her emotions to those unworthy of them, and menrally burned them leaving nothing but ashes. As her facial expression remained emotionless, suddenly her emerald eyes turned a dark shade of blood red.
And a malicious dark smirk formed on her small cherry pink lips 'I'll make you all regret overlooking me.' As you all know clearly Sakura Haruno has taken her first step into darkness.
Her journey through power and hatred begins.....
.....Now!..
