Stacey snapped back to reality as Jason started to believe that his life wish and life goal had finally been achieved. Stacey stared down at his arm; it looked drained, but still had some blood gently dripping from it. She continued to lap up the blood, what was left of it anyway. It didn't matter what she did, Jason was in a coma-like state, which was the way it would stay until Stacey had finished off his blood over a long-period of time. She still didn't understand what was happening to her. One minute she was on the floor, crying over everything then she felt a surge of adrenaline and everything changed; now she was here. She couldn't quite comprehend how she got here, but she didn't seem to care. Suddenly nothing mattered to her anymore, when his blood hit her mouth, nothing mattered anymore, the world didn't exist to her anymore. Nothing but his deepest desire and the sweet taste of his fresh blood. The deepest desire was sweet, not as sweet as his fresh, soft, warm blood though. It was still sweet, she didn't know this man, nor did she really wish to, but the clear bond between him and this girl was quite overwhelming. Stacey didn't know their past, or what this girl meant to him relationship wise, but clearly there was something there, something between these two. Jason and Kelly, where they friends? Brother and sister? A couple? Stacey didn't know, but she guessed that by seeing more of this desire, she'd soon know. She decided that maybe there wouldn't be anything left in this arm soon, she aimed for the neck. The neck was always a classic place to retrieve blood from. This way, it wouldn't look like it had been her besides; did anyone know she was here? Footsteps occurred up the staircase, slowly but surely. She didn't have much time, and Jason had so much blood left in him. She grabbed the glass shard and held it tightly, his blood still dripping from it, she cleared as much blood from it as she could and grabbed Jason from around the waist. The only place in these two rooms that had a window was the on-suite bathroom. It was a small window though, probably too small to jump out of, especially with a body. She sat on the floor, holding Jason around the waist with his arm over her neck, the arm she hadn't yet tried to get blood from, wishing she was outside on the pavement. She closed her eyes tightly, trying hard not to let the tears build behind her eyelids. After a few moments, she felt the cold pavement beneath her, it had worked. She opened her eyes slowly, feeling the cold breeze gently brush them as they opened. Jason. Her mind started panicking, had it worked? Was he out here too? Her mind was racing and she started to panic again, the adrenaline once again surging through her, the same way it had before she changed to whatever she was now. She still didn't understand how she got this way. She looked beside her, no sign of him. He was there when she left, she didn't understand it. She looked further to her right, there appeared to be some sort of alleyway here... Jason. You had better be here. Her mind was playing some sort of taunting match between itself. One side thinking she'd suddenly fallen all over him, falling for him. The other side, wanting him dead, wanting to drink that rest of his blood. She stumbled to her feet once again and stood up against the wall, trying not to fall over. The tattoos on her arm disappeared; she had never had a tattoo before in her life, well except her name on her left wrist, it read "Stacey" with a little love heart next to the y, and the fancy little underline or the approximate sign or whatever it's called. A tilde, but used as a line underneath her name to underline it. It looked nicer than a standard underline, she couldn't remember when she got it, but it felt like it had been a long time. She was stood leaning on the wall, her head in her hands. Her head was spinning, but she continued down towards the alleyway. The street lamp across the road was flickering a dark yellow glow; she stumbled down the alleyway, having her arm on the wall the whole time. She was shaking with panic, but also with a loss of breath. Her breathing had slowed right down, less than it should of, although her mind was racing. Jason. His image flashed through her mind. Jason. His image was back in her mind, the part of his desire she'd already seen came back in flashes. "Stacey?" her mind was a blur, "Stacey?" her mind cleared and her eyesight started to focus on reality. She turned round, her mind and sight spinning, in the space of 3 seconds, her mind and sight cleared again allowing her to see the world around. No-one was there, nor was there any sight that anyone had been there. Jason. She knew what she had to do. She clung to the wall and stumbled down the alleyway further, her breath still really short and still having a lack of oxygen. Her heart was racing, yet she was barely breathing, no air was coming out of her mouth when she tried to exhale and the air around her was dry. There was near to no air in the atmosphere around her, maybe it was just this town. She needed to find Jason and get out of here, she continued stumbling down the alleyway and fell against the wall. Her back pressed against the wall and she slid down to the ground, her knees hunched up to her body. She sat here for about 5 minutes, figuring out what was going on, what she knew was happening. First of all, she was in the same town she grew up in, secondly the hotel she went to was called The Night Fall Hotel and was a place she knew quite well as she was here a lot as a child, third she had fallen through the wooden spiral staircase and had half a wooden board sticking out her leg and it still hurt like crazy but was numb at the same time, fourth the people in this town weren't people anymore; they were zombies, fifth somehow she had turned this man whom she was guessing was called Jason (thanks to the girl in his deepest desire) back from being a zombie to being human again, sixth she could see his deepest desire by touching him, seventh something or someone broke down the door to the room she was in, eighth she held onto Jason and wished she was outside; when she opened her eyes she was outside, but Jason was no-where to be seen. Finally, she needed him. She did not know whom he was, whom he had been, what sort of life he had lived or did live. All she knew was that his name was Jason; he had blond hair and dark brown eyes, the sort that would make any girl swoon and this girl, this Kelly person, is the girl that he wanted to love him. Was it her that had done this to him? Suddenly she was annoyed with this Kelly, she didn't know her nor did she wish to, she suspected that it was Kelly that had done this to him. How?! How could she do this to him?! I knew there was something fishy about her from the moment I saw her ginger, curly hair! The bitch!!
Stacey picked herself up, dragging her ankle along the pavement while she walked along. She had to find Jason, not only because the thing inside of her was raging for more of his blood, but because she needed to see the rest of that desire. That was all she needed. Jason. His image flashed through her mind and she could see where he was. She sprinted down the alleyway as fast as she could She had to find Jason, before it was too late. As she ran, his image kept flashing through her mind, his blond hair flowing in the gentle breeze. He was still alive, just about. His deepest desire that she had seen was running through her mind again.
The ginger girl, what was her name? Laura? Jodie? Kelly? Kelly! That was it, her name was Kelly. He looked happy with her, but who was she? What did she mean to him? She was clearly someone important..
