Chapter 9

Reader's p.o.v

You watched the stars as you and shane pulled into the driveway. You packed your stuff up in the guest room. You looked at your new room with a smile. You went into the living room and hugged shane. "Thank you..for everything." you say quietly. He hugs you tighter. You look into his eyes and he looks into yours. Shane put his arm's around your neck and closed his eyes leaning in. You knew what he was doing and you were scared. At this point you could feel hid breath on your face. You turned around and cleared your throat. Shane looked rather hurt but gave a smile.

Shanes p.o.v

Was this too soon? I hope I didn't screw up. Gosh I'm such a fuck up. I looked up at y/n and she was blushing. She kissed my cheek and smiled at me. I touched my cheek shocked. I smiled and said "Wanna head out for dinner?" her eyes got big and she nodded. I could tell she was nervous about our date. Wait...was it a date? Or....Gosh I'm such a fuck up.

Reader's p.o.v

You walked into the bathroom and touched up your make up. You looked at yourself and shrugged. This is as good as it was gonna get. You got your purse out your room and ran to Shanes car. Being a perfect gentlemen he opened the door for you. You smiled at him and got in the car. He got in and started the car.

You looked out the window and felt the cold night air touch your face.
You felt a hand on yours and looked down to see shanes hand. You blushed and looked at shane. You just watched him as he was driving. You touched his hair and looked away.

Shane chuckled and did ths same to you.  He parked in front of olive garden and sang. "WERE HERE!"
You laughed and got out the car. He tackled you and picked you up. "AHH NO PUT ME DOWN SHANE!" you screamed as he started tickling you.

You both entered olive garden a laughing mess. You smiled as shane tickled you once more. You pushed him softly. You picked a table and a waitress brought you menus. "I'll take mashed potatoes, streak, corn and three biscuits." Shane said. The waiter
Looked at shane with wide eyes but nodded writing it all down. You chuckled quietly. "I'll take a salad, fried chicken, smothered rice and corn bread." you said trying not to laugh. You did this to make shane feel normal. The waitress looked at you with even wider eyes but nodded.

Shanes p.o.v

I looked at y/n shocked. Wow she has a big appetite. The waitress left and another came with a trey of food. She gave us our food and winked at me. I cleared my throat and looked away. But she didn't give up. She whispered in my ear "hello sexy shane...I'm your biggest fan." I was scared and looked down. What happened next was a total shock. Y/n got her water and poured it on the waitress. "Oops." she said. The waitress walked away in anger.

I'm single
