Akise's P.O.V.
We reached Yukkiteru's door only to find it plastered with anime posters. I chuckled and he turns around with a mortified look. He opens the door and mutters, "It only gets worse.."
Inside, there's posters everywhere, no wall to be seen. Surprisingly, the sheer amount of posters look really cool and they mostly consisted of waht seems like mecha and shounen anime. He didn't even need a painted wall because all the posters belonged to a color scheme I couldn't quite figure out what it was. "Wow.. it really looks like you carefully chosen these posters." I smiled sheepishly at him.
"Well these are new actually. It was only a month ago I got all of these and plastered them all over my wall." He returned a sheepish smile. "While I like almost every genre of anime, mecha and shounen anime are my guilty pleasures."
I laughed. "It looks nice honestly." His eyes widened and I couldn't help but to smile. I sat on the chair at his desk and he starts to fiddle with his hands. "Did you have a certain color scheme in mind when you picked these out?"
He looked mortified when I asked him that. He went to the closet and pulled out a foldable chair. While opening it and placing it near me he said, "Not really a color scheme but more just a scheme. I wanted the posters to complement the color of a blue sky with clouds because, well, I have a thing for the sky." He said the last part quietly as if he was ashamed of it.
"The sky is a beautiful thing if you ask me." Yukkiteru's cheeks flushed. He's really something nice isn't he..

"I think we should work on the project, at least start it." I managed to choke out while Akise started to laugh loudly. I bolted up and went to the foot of my bed and turned on the t.v. His comment made want to jump out of a window because it made flush all shades of red.
"You don't have a computer?" He asked after he finished laughing.
I was pressing at the remote finding the right connection. "I do but I connected it to my t.v."
"Oh I didn't know you could directly connect it to a t.v." He stood up and hovered at the foot of my bed while I sat on the edge.
"Well, I used have both the t.v. and computer a month ago but I convinced my mom that watching t.v. was a waste of money. Now it's just a computer."
Akise had a puzzled look in his face. "How does that even work?" He sat on the bed next to me and looked me in the eyes. I chuckled nervously, his gaze never faltering.
Well I certainly didn't expect this. "Uh.. I don't understand much myself but basically you know how computers usually come with a monitor and you connect it to the computer with a cable?" He nodded very slowly. "Well, it's the same with newer t.v's. When we had cable, it was a t.v and computer monitor but now it's just monitor since I don't watch t.v. anymore."
"So your t.v. can replace your monitor for computers?" I nodded slowly. Is he okay... Does he not have a computer or something? "What's the difference between the two then?"
"The price and screen resolution. Monitors cost more but they have a better screen resolution meaning better picture quality. T.v.'s, for the most part run in standard definition or full resolution. Anywhere from 720p to 1080p. They're cheaper too." I grabbed the keyboard and sat next to him, opening my email.
"I have no idea what you just said and you have a keyboard too? Don't get me wrong, I think I get it, I just don't have experience with any of this." I think that's pretty obvious.
I sighed and turned to face him. "Not to burst your bubble Akise, but you need a keyboard in order for you to use a computer. Besides, you can look up all this stuff on the internet and become an expert like me." I said with a slight smirk.
"I'm more of a textbook guy. Besides, technology is not my thing." He sighed and scooted closer to where I was. I was honestly at a lost for words at the comment and refrained from asking how in the heck does he survive school without modern technology. Shaking my head I turned to the screen, looking at the rather long email the history teacher sent me.
"I really don't understand the project. He seems to be asking for a lot. When's it due anyway?" I said as I skimmed through it.
"Don't worry about the due date, he hasn't given one yet. It's not as complicated as it sounds. As long as you add all the stuff he's asking for you'll be bound to get a good grade but if we're being honest here you can just halfass it the day before it's due."
I looked skeptically at him. "We should at least start it." I whined slightly.
"I had a feeling you would say that. Look.." He paused to think. " I'll do what Europe trades with Asia and you do what Asia trades with Europe by Wednesday. Yeah, that sounds good. We'll worry about the routes later. Today we should just hang out, get to know each other. Maybe go to the nearby park.."
While he was explaining what we would do, I was drinking peach water only to spill it all over my shirt when he said we should just hang out today. Akise started cracking up when he saw the expression on my face. I groaned loudly as I threw the now empty bottle across the room and got up, slugglishy walking to my closet. I couldn't help but notice that when Akise said we should just hang out, his tone of voice changed but with what undertones, I would never know until much, much later.

Once I told Yukkiteru we should hang out, he spilled his peach water all over his shirt causing him to get up and change. He angrily took off his shirt and put on a similar one and I couldn't helpt but stare. This certainly isn't creepy of me..
He turned to face me and said, "Let's just go." I chuckled and followed him down stairs to the front door.

A.N: I'm honestly a really big fan of conversations and interactions between characters so I hope this wasn't boring. Soon there will be action of some sort, maybe even next chapter, marking the beginning to their adventure but in order for that to happen I think they need to know each other more and strengthen whatever bond they have so their intimate monents don't seem as shallow.
