The Death Sentence: Chapter Fifteen

My name is Alyssa Thomas and I'm an surviver of both Capture The Flag and The Flame Torch Winter Games. I have created The Games making my friends lives miserable and there memories taken from them. My memories came back to me, and I don't know how to feel? Myself and Emma had found Thomas once again but Emma had killed him and she is pregnant with his child. And Jester and Helena had murdered Hannah and now Amber swears revenge on him. And this time, this isn't a Game...this is an actual Death Sentence.

I closed my eyes when Emma pulled the trigger. I heard the bullet being shot and felt a body clasping onto the ground. I then heard Emma scream as I heard a something being thrown onto the ground. I look over towards Emma to see that she had thrown her gun onto the ground as she clasped onto the ground in a crying state.

I took a deep breath as I tied to take this all in. She had killed him. Emma had killed Thomas. He wanted her too, but, why? And the weirdest thing is she agreed to shoot him. And she is pregnant with his child, she just killed her child's father. This is an heartbreaking scene to watch.

I got out of the van and ran towards Emma. She was now crying loud as I went to grab her.

"Come on Emma." I said as she gets up and we started running back to the van. She trembling to get there as I helped her to get inside. "STEP ON IT!" I yelled at Harrison as he started driving.

"I killed him Alyssa. I killed the love of my life. I killed my child's father that they'll never meet." She suddenly blurted out as I looked at her with sorrow eyes.

"Love can hurt, love can make you happy, depending on who you love. Love can sometimes help your problems. But not all love can mend your problems. Sometimes love can cause the problem." She says as she sobs, she looks at the window as she remain quiet for now.

We're now heading back to camp, we got our weapons (I couldn't be bothered to write it sorry. It's too cold for this!)

Once we got there we saw everyone with an downer look on their faces. I jumped out of the van and ran towards them.

They looked down at the ground, they had sad and sorrow in their eyes. What happened? Where's Aris? Is he...okay?

"What's wrong?" I asked them as they gave me an sorrow look. Tyler walks up to me.

"Aris is gone." Tyler says as my eyes widen.

No! No! No! He can't be! I felt a sting in my heart as I felt it been broken. My eyes widen as tears were about to fall.

"W-what?" I managed to say as Tyler and the rest looks at me weirdly.

"Alyssa, he's not dead! He's gone missing! He left a note saying that he'll be at Thatcher City and waiting for us to meet him there." Dylan says as I gasp. At least he's not dead, thank goodness. But he's gone? Why did he go to Thatcher City by himself? Something isn't right here.

"Did you get the weapons?" Amber asked me as I nodded.

"Where's Emma?" Logan asked as he looks worried. My heart cracked.

"She's in the van." I said sadly as I looked down as a limp was in the back of my throat. Remembering the gun and the bang. Logan then runs towards the van to help Emma.

"What's wrong? What happened?" Dylan asked me as I couldn't speak. I looked up at them with tearful eyes. "Alyssa?"

"T-T-Thomas...w-we saw T-Thomas." I blurted out as they stayed quiet. "H-he's...dead. A-and Emma i-is...p-p-pregnant with h-h-his child." I explained as they stayed quiet once again.

"I told them to use protection!" Ki suddenly says as Amber elbowed him in the stomach as he hugs his stomach as he bends over in pain.

"Seriously Ki!" Amber snaps at him as he looks up at her painfully.

"What?" He says in an high pitched voice as he said it lowly.

"Okay so I want Logan to look after Emma, Colton stays here because he's injured, and the rest of us can go okay?" Dylan says as we all nodded in agreement with him.

"Can Ki stay?"

"What! No! I'm going for thrill Amber and you can't stop me!"

"Sorry Amber but he goes." Dylan says as he grabs a gun and placed it over his shoulder as Amber groans.

"Dammit!"

We got in the van and Harrison offered to drive and we let him. We all grabbed our bags and weapons we got from earlier.

"Alright let's go."

We were almost to Thatcher City, like probably two hours left. We were driving on an hill as we saw the desert in the distance. It was amazing view. The sky's were different colours and the desert ground changing colour.

"HARRISON STOP THE VAN!" And with that he immediately stopped the van as we all jolted forward.

"Please don't tell me that someone needs to barf again?"

"Again huh? Ow!"

"Not now Ki!"

Amber had grabbed her bow and arrow as she opens the vans door and jumped out immediately. What the hell is she doing?

"Amber? What are you doing?" Dylan asked her as she ignored him altogether.

She walked around the van as we all watched her, she grabbed an arrow from her quiver as she kneeled down and aimed somewhere. Where is she aiming at?

My eyes widen as I saw who she was aiming at. Oh no! It was Jester and Helena once again.

"This is for killing Hannah, bitch." She says as she aimed the arrow at him.

"Amber no!" I shouted causing her to miss Jester.

Jester had turned around and he  instantly move and dodged the arrow causing it to hit Helena instead. Jester had turned around to face Helena who clasped onto the ground.

"HELENA!" He screams as he looks up and saw us. Amber grabbed another arrow and he quickly started running away. Amber shot the arrow but she misses. She turns around angrily as she growls.

"I almost had him! And you made me miss! I would have killed that son of a bitch and ended his life!" Amber says as I frowned at her.

"Amber...he's not worth it! Especially now! We have to get to Thatcher City." I explained as I started walking back to the van, Amber stays there for awhile until she walks back into the van.

We finally made it too Thatcher City. Harrison dropped us off at the main entrance as he went and drove off, leaving us here. We can get an jet to go back home.

"Okay Alyssa or Dylan what's the plan?" Will asked as I shrugged.

"That there is no plan." Dylan says as he grabs a gun and loaded it up as he pulled it back to get it loaded.

"Wh-what? Did he just?" Josh was in shock as he couldn't even get the words out of his mouth.

"That's an fantastic plan Dylan, really." Ki says sarcastically as Dylan shrugs and smiles at Ki.

"Thank you Ki, at least someone appreciates me." He exaggerates as he closed his eyes and smiled widely.

"I appreciate you Dylan." A new voice had interrupted as our eyes widen in shock and disbelief. We turned around to face a person we haven't seen in a long time.

She had an evil glare look in her eyes as she smiled widely. She held a gun as she placed her other hand on her hip.

"Hey guys."
