On the weekend Harry and I met in the library to write a letter to Sirius. We could now appreciate how hard it had been for Ron and Hermione to write us letters over summer. How were we supposed to tell Sirius everything that had happened over the past week without giving potential letters-thieves a lot of information we didn't want them to have?
"Dear snuffles,
Hope you're Ok, the first week back here has been Terrible,
We're really glad it's the weekend.
We've got a new defence against the dark arts
teacher, Professor Umbridge. She's nearly as nice as your
mum. We're writing because that thing we wrote to you
about last summer has happened again.
We're all missing our biggest friend, we hope he'll be back soon.
Please write back quickly.
Best,
Harry and Chloe"Considering it was a short letter, it had taken a while to write. I sealed the parchment and Harry took it up toe Hedwig in the Owlery, leaving me to walk back to the common room alone.

Blaise had invited me to go and watch Gryffindors Quidditch practice. I know they're only going so they can torment Harry, but I thought I should go and support my brother either way.
"What's that Weasley's riding?" Malfoy called in his sneering drawl "why would anyone put a flying charm on a mouldy old log like that?"
Crabbe, Goyle and Pansy shrieked with laughter, but Pansy stopped abruptly when she saw the look on my face.
"What an awful thing to say!" She said to Draco, causing me to roll my eyes.
Ron mounted his broom and kicked off from the ground and Harry followed him, they both gave me quick waves. They began to do some passes to warm up. Angelina raised the Quaffle in one hand and threw or hard to Fred, who passed to George, who passed to Harry, who passed to Ron, who dropped it.
All of the Slytherins watching, besides me and pansy, roared and screamed with laughter. Ron caught the Quaffle before it landed, pulled out of a dive untidily, and returned to playing height. I noticed Fred and George exchange looks, but they said nothing.
Ron caught the Quaffle and threw it so hard is hit Katie in the nose. It began to bleed so badly she had to stop playing. The team made a decision to leave it for tonight. I got up out of my seat to meet them on the ground, Pansy hastily rushed after me.
"Well done Ron" I said kindly as I pulled him into a hug "ignore Draco, he's just jealous that he had buy his way onto the Quidditch team in our second year"
"I was lousy" Ron replied in a hollow voice, sinking into a chair in the changing rooms.
"It was your first practice..." I said soothingly "you were bound to struggle..."
"And with all of the Slytherins chanting things at you!" Pansy ranted, making my eyes widen in shock, she often showed her distaste towards Ron so I had no idea why she was being somewhat kind "they were being awful!"
Ron glanced at me and I shrugged "but you were great... Remember my first ever game? I dropped the Quaffle five times before actually scoring... And that was in front of the whole school! Flint almost kicked me off of the team!"
"Yeah..." Ron grinned slightly "you were pretty awful back then"
Ron hugged me again, he was no longer acting as put-out by his bad Quidditch practice.
