Okay, bear with me. We were given three different settings and had to write a story involving all three. So I came up with this.
The Life of Lucifer Redwood
There is a book on the table. It is made of brown leather and it's pages are worn. There is a clasp on the cover to keep it closed. The words, The Life of Lucifer Redwood, are carved on the front. This is what I found inside.
February 12
Have you ever wondered if you could do something big and bold for your birthday? I'm going to be twenty-one on December twenty-ninth. Since it's a big milestone I plan to do a few epic things this year. My name is Lucifer Redwood and I plan to get away with three murders. But not just any murders, no. I already know who I will kill. Hans Herzig is a priest at The Cologne Cathedral in Germany. I'm going to frame him for sins by his religion.
I plan to blend in as a tourist. I've never traveled out of the United States. Matter of fact, I've never been out of Chicago. Maybe it'll be more fun since I've never been there. I do plan to see some attractions but I do need to study Hans. I've only read about him online. I need to see what his family and social lives are like. I need to see what to frame him of. Probably something like cheating or maybe frame him for killing someone. But that would require me to kill someone else to.

I thought I had my plan all set, but there's seems to be more to this than I thought. It's all so complicated. To frame one guy I might have to kill another. But that's what I want to do. The most spectacular thing before my twenty-first birthday; getting away with murder. I'm not sure if I could do it though. Have I studied enough? Do I know how to kill properly? If I've never killed will it still be easy because I want to? I guess I'll just have to wait and see. I'm on my plane now. Get ready Germany, here I come.

I had to sit next to the worst person on my flight. It was this older lady who kept calling me her grandson and kept asking my to chew her fruit for her. It was terrible and I wish I had made her my first target. But I'm off my plane and I've collected my luggage. Time to go meet Hans Herzig.
4:23 a.m.
You'd be surprised at how much traffic there is at 2'o clock in the morning. It took hours to get to my hotel and it was only about thirty miles away. It was terrible, but I've checked in and I'm in my room. I can't understand anything on the television. I'm going to bed now so I can sleep. I plan to go see Hans in the morning, well, later.
8:04 a.m.
I didn't sleep too well last night, but what did I expect? Five star service? I just needed a bed. I'm in the taxi on my way to a cafe near his house. I have to stop somewhere else and observe before I introduce myself. I'll eat breakfast and then go. There's still tons of traffic. I really didn't expect this much. I need to get used to the traffic times so I can map those out too. Finally. I see the cafe. I have to pay the driver now. I'll just get out here.
10:28 a.m.
I took longer than I planned to on eating. It was just so good. I'm in the bushes now peering into his window. Since I don't want too many notebooks I'm just going to write my observations in my journal.
