Chapter 26 - Friends

-Chapter 26-

I don't think Ty enjoyed the rest of the movie, but I can honestly understand that.

I can't believe Luke's back. He's BACK! Just when our lives were getting on track, too. Just becoming normal, together and happy.

But no. He has to break out of prison, with help from the ONE OTHER PERSON who hates us the most. Of course.

"Hey...Ty?" I whispered to the barely awake figure next to me, the first part of the movie we watched after the news, he had shuddered. The second part was especially scary, so he buried his head into my chest. And now, I think he's asleep.

"Mmhhh?" He murmured sleepily. I smiled and brushed the hair out of his eyes tenderly.

"I think you need some sleep."

He waved his hand "Naw...I'm good." He yawned cutely, making me melt.

"You just don't wanna get out of bed, do you?"

"Mhhmmm...."

I chuckled and got up, holding his head so it wouldn't fall onto the couch and give him a rude awakening. I placed one hand under his head and another under his legs, picking him up bridal style.

"Come on." I cooed as he buried his head into my chest. "I'll bring you upstairs."

"Thank you, Adam..."

"No problem. I promise." I whispered soothingly to him as I climbed up the stairs to our room. I lumbered into the room and placed him gently on the bed, pulling the sheets up to his neck.

"I love you..." I heard him murmur sleepily. I smiled to myself and leaned in, giving his cheek a gentle kiss before respond "I love you too. Have a nice nap."

I walked out of the room, closing the door slowly behind me. After it was closed, I immediately paced down the stairs and into the kitchen. I grabbed the phone off the receiver and dialed the number.

"Hello?" The woman asked nicely on the other line "This is the News Station, how may I help you?"

"Hello. The man who got out of jail, Luke, he's after my best friend," saying 'best friend' about Ty really hurt, even if I knew he was more than that "and we need some help."

"I'm sorry sir, we can't send help at the moment. Our search units are working to find both of them."

I let out an exasperated sigh "Any tips?"

"Invite friends, bring as many as possible. Don't let your best friend leave the house alone, EVER. It would honestly be better if he doesn't leave the house at all."

I nodded slowly, then realized she couldn't see me. "Okay...thanks for the help."

"No problem."

She hung up, and I slowly put down the phone. Friends...who could I call?

Suddenly, a little lightbulb went off in my hand. I my hand darted down and snatched up at the receiver once again. I furiously typed in Jason's phone number.

"Hey!" Came his cheery voice.

"Hey. Can you do so ring for me?"

"Sure. What can I do for ya?"

-Time Skip-

I smiled, sitting back in my chair. I couldn't wait till Ty woke up. I had some very exciting news for him.

Okay! Sorry for the short chapter. Anyway, for the next few chapters I will be adding almost every single Team Crafted ship! (That I like, of course.) if you don't like that, don't be mad, they'll be gone in a little while. I wanna give this a shot.
