Falling for the Ice

Chapter 4 - McDonalds

It was Monday morning and we had just finished school. We were all on our way to the ice rink to practice for Snow White, uuuurrggh I really can not be arsed doing this. Especially after school!

I was sat in the drivers seat Blair was sat next to me, and Millie and Tess were sat behind me. I reached over and turned the radio on.

We all squealed with delight as Jason Derulo, Talk dirty came on!. Tess shouted out "This is ma jayym!!" we all laughed and sang along to the song, whilst doing the talk dirty to me dance (Janoskians) which was a little difficult whilst driving, but were all okay I didn't kill anyone.

We stopped for a McDonalds or McyDees as me and the girls like to call it, as we were early.

My car was stopped out side of the microphone thing where you place your order. The girls dared me to mess around with the guy behind the speaker. So I mumbled into the microphone.

"E ill ake foo ckin ugget als pease, iff iet oke" the girls were trying to contain their laughter in the car as the guy was saying "Excuse me sorry what was that?" I repeated my sentence and he said once again "I'm sorry you are going to have to speak up, I can't hear you!"

I repeated my sentence yet again and he added "Right if you think this is funny, then I will have to call security!"

We all burst out laughing and couldn't stop until the cars behind starting beeping because we were taking so long.

I repeated my sentence, but clearly this time. "Can we have four chicken nugget happy meals, all with diet coke please" He sighed and said moodily "Would you please move along to the next window"

As we drove off we all burst out laughing. When we reached the first window we were greeted by a horrible guy glaring at us. I just realised he's probably the guy that took our order. I tried to subside my giggles as he shoved my change in my hand shooing me if to the next window.

We got our food and drove to the ice rink. When we were there I stopped the car and we all started eating. Mmmmm my mouth was watering just looking at the golden crispy chicken nuggets......... Yeh I have a thing about chicken nuggets, there just so darn good.

The reason we got happy meals was because we didn't wanna be throwing up in the middle of the ice.......... Plus the toy, c'mon everyone loves the toy!

Once we had all finished eating we went inside to get changed. Once we had changed into our skate clothes we went to put our skates on and hopped on the ice as it was around 5 now.

I was thinking about Kaiden whilst putting my skates on, he hasn't spoke to me since ya know our little moment. I couldn't help thinking that he wanted to kiss me but I quickly let the thoughts rush out of my head.

Practice went by very slowly today. All of the little kids who were in the show had practice today as well, I'm not even joking when I say they actually have the attention span put together of a squirrel. It was so frustrating one minute they would be listening to the coaches next minute they were dancing and prancing around, not taking in one bit of direction. They were sooooooo annoying.

We were about halfway through practice and the coaches finally gave up on the little ones and decided to give us a break and let us practice what we want. I was stood by the side getting a drink by myself with my back facing the barrier window. Suddenly there was a big bang on the window. I jumped out of my skin taking a big leap forward whilst gasping. Because of this my water spilled all down my front making me feel colder instantly.

I quickly turned around to see a very humoured looking Kaiden stood there laughing his ass off at me. I looked down at myself and back up at him. I gave him a cold glare and started skating of. I then turned around gave him a fake smile putting my middle finger against the glass.
