~Chapter 2~

*Lunch Time*

"Come sit with me!" Emily screamed from half way across the cafeteria.

"Hey Emi." I said as i sat down.

"Did you hear about Sam?" Emily asked obviously in her gossip mood.

"No what about him."

"He broke up with Ashley!" I almost spit my water out but stop myself before I do.

"WHAT?! WHEN?! HOW?!"

"You heard me. Apparently they broke up yesterday cause she cheated on him. Lily, you have a chance with Sam!" she enthusiacticaly said.

"Well if you haven't noticed, all the girls in school have a chance with him too."

"Lily! He likes you! He flirts with you all the time and you barely even notice!"

"Well Emi if you also haven't noticed, he flrits with all the girls too."

I take a quick glance at Sam who passes by our table and look back at my food.

"Come on Lily. Tell you what, this weekend we go to the carnival just to take your mind off of Sam. Deal?"

"Deal."

*AT CARNIVAL*

I wore a simple long sleeve black shirt and shorts. I have my hair in a side bun and a little bit of eye liner on. I wait in the entrance and see the Samuel John Pottorff pass by. I act like i didn't just see him smile at me. Where's Emily?! I sat down on the dirt and waited and waited and waited. Wtf. Shes never ditched me before! I decide to go in by myself and see a huge line for the kissing booth. You know who was their?! just guess.

Sam.

If Emily was here with me I would go in that line because she give me a little more boost of confidence. Plus, I would really hate to see the sight of other girls kissing Sam. I decide to go threw the line and head to the ferris wheel.

*SAM'S POV*

I was just here kissing random girls for some doplhin charity when I see Lily pass threw the people in the line. I would be so happy if she was part of this line but she isn't. Lily heads towards the line for the ferris wheel and me being me, I decide to join her.

*LILY'S POV*

This line takes forever. Idek why Emily invited me if she was just going to ditch me.

"Hey Lily. Mine if I sit with you?"

What kind of question is this? Yes of course!

"Yes of course!" I decide to stop being bummed out about Emily ditching me and start a conversation with Sam.

"What brings you hear?" I ask him.

"Just help out the dolphin charity." Ohh that was what he was doing. I mentally slap myself for thinking Sam would do that and smile.

The line moves up and I'm so grateful for that. As much as I want to stay here and talk with Sam, its just so awkward because he's never really talked to me besides the day when I fell off my Penny board. When we get inside the ferris wheel , I take out my phone and start taking pictures of the scenary. Yes, I'm one of those people.

"You like photography?" Sam asks me.

"Yeah. I take pictures of everything thats beutiful to me." I respond.

"Give me your phone really quick." He says. I give him my phone and look away. I wonder what he's gonna take a picture of.

"Hey so you said you take a picture of everything thats beautiful right?"

"Yeah literally 2 seconds ago." I giggle.

"Well then look at me." He says.

He wants to take a picture of me ! I look over at him and he takes the picture.

"Well your beautiful." He says.

*A/N*

We'll the picture to the side is Emily cause she's cool and she's a big part of this story. So guys ily and stay beautiful 😛
