~Chapter 13~

7 months. 7 months of Sam dissolved. No more Sam. Nothing. If anybody even mentions this shitface i cringe. I've lost feelings for him. In fact, I have a boyfriend right now. His name is Max and he's soo much better then Sam. Once I told Lily I was only dating him to get back at Sam, she thought I had gone full on crazy. Its not like me but I needed a distraction and Max just showed up.

"Hey Max!" I exclaimed trying to sound perky.

"Hey baby." He simply answered.

"We need to talk soon. How about tomorrow? my house around 8?"

"No problem."

*Sam's POV*

7 months. 7 months with my brain filled with thoughts of Lily. Once her dad found out about me, he banned me from ever seeing her. One time in school , she was securely surrounded with security. Her dad put her on high alert to make sure I was never around her.

My mom has absolutely gone boy crazy for Lily's father. Sometimes she just mops around repeatedly saying "Lily. Father. Lily." See's crazy. Look's like Lily made a mark on my mom.

*Emily's POV*

7 months. Me being friends with both psyco paths acting like I hate the other when I'm with one of them. I get Migraines. Migraines from being with both of them. They just have to accept the fact that they are made for each other. Sam can just admit it easier then Lily.

*Lily's POV*

"Yeah im gonna break up with him today. He was just my distraction and I've honestly lost interest."

"I totally understand. I mean if this happened with me and Kian , i'd expect you to tell me everything." Emily answered.

" And this is why we're best friends." I laughed threw the phone as I sat in bed.

"Listen can you meet me at my house today? "

"After I talk to Max. Sure."

*Meanwhile*

"Thats great Lily." I quietly high five Sam and give him a thumbs up.

"See you then." I finish the conversation.

*Lily's POV*

I give Max a peck on the lips before he enters the house.

As soon as I close the door, I begin to say

"This isn't working out." Max says. And before I could say anything else he continues talking.

"I know what your thinking. And its not because I don't like you. Its just because you were my distraction."

"But I-" Max steps closer to me and puts a finger on my lips to hush me.

"We don't need to fight. Its ok. Im ok. But are you ok?" I squeeze my lips together and shake my head not wanting anything to happen. He's saying everything I was gonna say so what's the point in causing a scene?

Max put a hand on the back of my neck and kisses my forehead.

"It was for the best."

*Emily's POV*

"Lily will be hear any minute now Sam." I say fixing his hair.

"I just want everything to go ok." Sam says rubbing his knees .

"It will be ok." I bend over in front of him and tilt his head up to look at me.

"Listen to me! Everything will work out. Just think happy thoughts." I encourage him.

"Happy thoughts. Happy thoughts.ok." He calms down a little.

I hear a knock on the door and jump up. Must be Lily.

"Remember everything we rehearsed." I tell Sam as I walk away.

I walk downstairs and find Lily looking threw the window signaling me to me to hurry up.

"EMI !" Lily screams.

"Im so glad you could make it. Hey can you go upstairs and check to see if you see my make up bag?" Lily nods her head and walks out of view. As soon as she does , I quickly take my phone out and text Sam

"Now."

*Sam's POV*

I hear feet go slowly up the stairs and take my phone out to see a message by Emily saying "now." My heart is beating one thousand beats a minute. In a few minute, i'll be able to hold her again. Her soft hair in between my fingers and those soft brown eyes looking at me. Until Now.

*Lily's POV*

I can't find this stupid bag anywhere.

Screw Emily for having way too many things.

I close the closet in defeat and turn around to see Sam. The one i've been trying to hide from for 7 months. The one who crushed my heart. The one who was mine. Standing in front of me.
