Chapter 6

I wake up to the smell of pancakes and bacon. "Morning sunshine." Daniel says leaning over the couch. "Who's cooking?" I ask in a husky voice full of sleep. "Quintin and Gabriel, I'm supposed to be helping but when am I known to help anyone?" He says with a snort. I started laughing knowing how true that is. I manage to get up off the couch and walk to the kitchen. That's when I realized I was only wearing a big shirt. I quickly start blushing and pull the shirt down. "Uh.. Gabriel why am I wearing one of your shirts?" I ask. Yes, I know it's his because how it smells. He turns around and starts scratching the back of his head blushing. "Oh uh yeah you looked.. Umm uncomfortable sleeping in skinny jeans... So I put one of my shirts on you... I PROMISE I DIDN'T LOOK!" He shouts at the end. "Whatever floats your boat." Daniel said walking by and patting him on the back. I just shrugged it off. Oh well. I go and sit at the island in the middle of the kitchen and watch the guys cook. When it was finally finished they served plates. I was about to take a bite when Daniel stopped me. "Don't eat it it's disgusting you'll get sick!!" He screamed. "Shutup, your just telling her that so you can get it for yourself. Go ahead enjoy your food Brin. He always loves their food." Kinsley says glaring at Daniel who looks defeated.

After we ate breakfast, which was amazing, then we got ready for the day. "Can I borrow some clothes?"I asked the girls. Right now we are in the girls room and the boys are in their room. How do they have separate rooms in here?! How has this tree not fallen from the weight? "Sure!" They all yell throwing clothes at me. Finally, I narrow it down and climb out of the pile of clothes that were thrown at me. I put the clothes on and we walk out of the room to see the boys miserable. "Y'all took foreeeeevvveer!" Daniel whines dragging out the word. That got him a hair brush thrown at him knocking him off the arm of the couch he was sitting on. "Ahh!" He screams. He pops up rubbing his forehead. "Elora you little-" "Angel! I know right." She finishes for him. Elora skips to the balcony and turns around and falls backwards off. "Elora!" I yell just in time to see her fly up extremely fast towards the sky. "Did you forget we can fly?" Quintin says chuckling and walking past me. I just stare forward wide eyed holding my heart form the miniature hard attack I just had. Quintin walks to the balcony a little less dramatically then Elora then unfurls his wings and takes off. Daniel runs and does a flip off the balcony before unfurling his wings and flying. Everyone else takes off except me. I take my time. I unfurl my wings and fly slowly to the ground. We all start walking back , We don't fly just in case people happen to see.

We all walk in to see Raphael sitting on the couch. "Morning sunshine." Daniel says to a very hung over angel. "Bite me." Raphael growls. "Has she figured out her power or powers yet?" Raphael asks casually. Everyone freezes. "What?" I ask. "Nice one Raphael." Gabriel Growls. "What am I missing?" I asked. "All angels have a ability. Sometimes like rarely an archangel can have two. But none of us remembered ours until we rediscovered them. Elora can control or convince people to do whatever she wants. Don't let the innocence fool you. Kinsley is clairvoyant. She can see what people are thinking and some times she can see into the future but that takes a lot more effort. Bexley can control plants. Quintin can go invisible. Raphael can heal ." "Yeah I have the boring ability." Raphael says with a huff. Gabriel continues. "Daniel is Telepathic he can talk to people through their minds." "What about you?" I ask Gabriel. "I can move things with my mind." He answers. "Gabriel has two powers!" Daniel shouts. Gabriel's glares at him. "What is it?" I ask. "I can turn into a wolf." He mumbles. "That's awesome!!!" I practically scream. "I know you haven't figured out your ability yet but I just want to tell you that soulmates usually share an ability." Gabriel says. "So I might be able to turn into a wolf!" I ask excited. "Maybe, but turning into an animal is a pretty rare ability so I doubt it." Raphael joins the conversation. "Oh..." I say disappointed. "But hey, moving stuff with your mind is pretty awesome!" Daniel laughs. "We need to start getting ready for the party that's later!" Bexley says excited before dragging me away into a room I sadly won't be coming out of for hours.
