Part 10: the after party

One month later
Indigo wiped a table as the occupant at the neighboring table Felix was eyeing her.

"You looking good girl."

Indigo looked at him and smiled while continuing to wipe the table.

"You gone ignore me?" He asked smiling with his deep dimples showing.

Indigo sassily turned around and tucked her weave behind her ear. She smirked and placed her hand on her hip.

"I know you see me working boy."

"I do see you working." He said looking her up and down. She chuckled and walked away until Felix slightly grabbed her wrist.

"You smoke?"

"You might be an undercover boss tryna set me up."
She said. She noticed Felix all the time but never noticed that he was cute. You could see his chains and watches from a mile away. Felix wanted Indigo for awhile but ever since he heard she was Throwing the pussy at everybody he wanted in.

"Never that ma. Look, why don't you come chill with me at this party after work?"

"Where's the party?"

"At a hotel."

"I'll think about it." She said smirking and switching away but Felix knew her answer  and smirked.

"Indigo what the fuck are you doing!?" Mani said damn near yanking Indigo's arm out of the socket.

Indigo wiped her sperm covered lips.
"I'm having fun why you buggin?" Indigo said high as a kite as Mani dragged her out of a hotel room filled with nothing but men. Mani saw a video on Facebook of Indigo getting ran in a hotel room. Her heart dropped and she was so sickened. She came as fast as she can.

"Aye bitch she staying get the fuck on!" One of the men in the room said. Mani whipped out her knife as they stood toe to toe in the hotel hallway.
"Bitch I'll stab you!" Mani said with seriousness in her eyes. If he even touched her or Indigo she was piercing the blade into his flesh. He stepped off real quick.

"What the fuck is wrong with you!? You're high as fuck what the fuck bro!" Mani said snatching Indigo who could barely stand on her own two feet. She basically dragged her to her car and pulled her into the passenger seat.

"I was having some funnnn can't you see?"

"No that's not fun! They were fucking you all of them runnin a train on you!" Mani said in between her teeth. She opened the car door for Indigo who was so high and zoned out she barely knew where she was or what was going on. Mani saw cum all on Indigo's face and shirt and almost threw up. As she started her car she began to cry at how low her friend was.

Indigo was extremely beautiful and intelligent. She was the smart pretty girl in high school everyone wanted. She was a sweetheart and a lady but now she was washed up and drugged up with different dicks in her all of the time. Mani knew Indigo smoked weed but she had found a stash of other drugs recently and realized Indigo was facing major Demons. Mani knew Trey had something to do with it.

"Why are you doing this to yourself?" Mani said crying as she was on the freeway. Indigo was suppose to be at Tennessee State on her way to a degree. She was supposed to be the epitome of an intelligent black woman who beat all the odds. Indigo was dosing off and going in and out of consciousness. Mani smoked weed too but realized Indigo was almost never sober these days and knew she developed a deadly addiction, a habit. She was running from something and poison was her escape.

When they got home Mani had to slap Indigo hard to wake her up. Her heart raced fearing that she was dead. Indigo's eyes opened and Mani helped her friend inside and laid her down on the couch. She took off Indigo's shoes as tears fell from her eyes looking at her friend. Mani warmed up a wet towel and placed it on Indigos forehead.

Indigo's high ass tossed the towel off of her.
"Get dat shit off me you tryna drown me dawg?"
"Shut up Indie and take the towel." Mani said crying and putting the towel back on Indies forehead.

Mani looked at Indigo's arms and saw cuts. She placed her hand on her mouth crying. She even blamed herself for not paying attention to Indigo and preventing her from fucking with Trey. Mani hated that she encouraged the stripper lifestyle and fucking with rich niggas lifestyle. She wished she could've begged Indigo to stay in school and stay focused.

Indigo woke up on the couch with her body and vagina aching and eyes heavy. She instantly knew it was another wild night. She prepared to have people at her job at the restaurant look at her differently and remember her as the sloppy high slut. The thoughts killed her and she immediately sparked up on the toilet to escape. She washed her face in the bathroom and couldn't even look in the mirror because she didn't know who she was looking at anymore.

''Aye Indi whats been up witchu?'' one of her male coworkers David asked. He was one of many who seen her acting a fool in that hotel room.

''Mind yo business like I mind mines.'' Indigo snapped back slightly high. She went into the staff restroom and looked into the mirror as she leaned on the sink. She pulled her long sleeve down to cover her cuts. She counted to ten to calm her nerves then she walked out and started her rough shift.

She looked out the window as she rode the bus with no thoughts in her mind. She knew she could talk and walk but felt nothing. She went inside of her apartment and charged up her dead phone. She saw a missed call from an unknown number. She feared it might be Ro, Anthony, or any of the guys she recently fucked. She was hoping it was Treasure with an explanation or apology; but Indigo had a nasty taste in her mouth when it came to Trey these days but she was more so hurt as oppose to angry. Deep in her heart she hoped it was Tommy but she knew there was no way in hell it was him. Indigo mentally trained herself to make Tommy a good memory and a good past and stop thinking about the whole situation. She had to get Trey off her brain and the Devils candy and different dicks down her throat eased her with that.

Indigo redialed the number and her heart beat fast expecting the unexpected.

"Hello?" She said cautiously once she realized someone picked up.

"Indigo?" She gasped and her eyes widened.
