Chapter 39 A Meeting With The Unicorn

Syphil's P.O.V...

Just a few hours ago the people that were going to participate in the duel came here to Crystalia. It was almost midnight right now and I was in the woods that are nearby the castle. This is another place where I can meet the unicorn and I'm here because she said that she has something that can protect the person that drinks the potion to be protected from black magic. The unicorn is going to be here in a few minutes since it's almost midnight. Then, out of the corner of my eye I seen something as white as snow which I was assuming was the unicorn.

Unicorn: It's nice to see you again, Syphil.

Syphil: It's nice to see you too, Unicorn.

Unicorn: I have a potion that will protect the person that drinks this potion from black magic.

That's when she made a potion appear out of thin air. The bottle was small and it contained a rainbow liquid. (Picture at the beginning)

Syphil: Will this be enough for 10 people?

Unicorn: The potion is enough for 100 people. All you have to do is put one drop of this potion into a glass of water and drink it.

Syphil: This must be a very powerful potion if it works like how you said.

Unicorn: Indeed it is. If it falls into the wrong hands then this could be used for evil instead of good but I know you'll use this for a good cause. I must go now I'll see you the next full moon.

Syphil: Goodbye.

With that the unicorn walked back into the woods disappearing from my sight. I look at the tiny bottle in my hand and hope that this potion works like she said. I then go back to the castle and get into bed waiting for tomorrow to come.

The Next Day...

I woke up 6 in the morning like usual and get dressed since today was the first day of the duel. I just dressed in the uniform that I was given for the duel because my normal uniform wouldn't really be suitable for this. I was supposed to meet them at stadium where it was being held but since it's early in the morning no one will be there and we'll be the only ones there right now. When I got there they were just arriving like me.

Headmaster R.: Good morning Syphil.

Syphil: Good morning. I have the potion right now.

I then pulled the bottle out of my pocket and showed it to them.

Klaus: That looks like it will only work on 1 person.

Syphil: I asked the unicorn and she said that all you have to do is put a drop of this in a glass of water.

With that I made 10 glasses of water appear onto the table near up and put a drop of the potion into it. When I did put the potion into the water it turned the same color as the potion which was the color of the rainbow. Then, I gave everyone a glass.

Elias: Is this safe?

Syphil: Oh... I forgot to ask her...

Everyone then froze with a scared look on their faces. Just to prove them it isn't dangerous I took the glass in my hand and drank it. I seen Klaus jump as I finished the whole glass.

Syphil: ... I don't feel anything new so I'm pretty sure that this is safe. Also do you think that she would give me something dangerous without warning me about it?

With that I convinced them that it was safe to drink. They all then drank the glass and while they were doing that I looked at the bottle and it looked like nothing changed at all so I put it back in my pocket. When I looked back up I seen everyone's eyes flash the color of the rainbow which I guess means that it worked. All there is to do now is wait for later today which is when the duel is to start. I just hope that this potion does work.

Sorry for the short chapter but I've been having some family problems and I can't really focus on anything else. I'll see all of you next week.
