“W-What are you doing Richard?” I stammered.

He just stared at me with an unreadable emotion in his eyes.

He leaned in his warm, minty breath fanning my face.

Just as he was about to kiss me, I was pulled away from him by Dominic. In seconds Richard was on the ground while Dominic punched his face repeatedly.

“Dominic stop it! You promised me you won’t do anything to him!” I exclaimed while pulling Dominic of Richard the second time. But I couldn’t do it in time as Richard Punched Dominic back. I gasped.

Luckily my brother, Christopher came and pulled them away from each other.

“What the hell is happening here!?!” He exclaimed.

Both Richard and Dominic were shaking in anger.

I was beyond furious. What the hell has happened to both of them?

They have been acting different since they have changed into vampires.

I took Christopher’s hand and took him to his car so we could go home. I’m seriously not going to entertain both of them.

I unlocked the bro’s Camaro and tossed him the keys.

After getting settled in the car we got on our way towards our home.

An uncomfortable silence laced the car atmosphere.

“Sis, what was that about?” Bro asked as if testing the waters.

“Richard was about to kiss me when…” I was cut off by Christopher.

“WHAT?!”

I flinched for a second.

“Sorry for shouting. You know I’m just protective of you” He apologized sheepishly.

I nodded in understanding.

When we reached the house, Dominic was here waiting on the porch talking to a girl whose back was facing me.

I got out of the car while Christopher went to park it in the garage.

Dominic looked over the girl’s shoulder and saw me. His eyes lit up instantly. The girl also turned and thats when I saw her face and squealed.

“Sera!!! When did you return from Australia?!” I exclaimed enveloping her in a hug.

“Just today! Oh Lisa I missed you sooooo much you have no idea. I want to tell you everything!!

And I have got some great news too!” She replied or more like gushed.
