Chapter 2

Ashly p.o.v

"So you had to be drunk to come and talk to me?"

"No, I was planning to come and talk to you but I was scared that you will hate me for what I'm about to tell you"

" I've hated you for a long time for leaving me You where the only one I could trust but now you broke my trust"

"Look I know what I did was wrong but I had to leave you."

"Why?"

"It was what happen in 8th grade. M-my dad got shot by a gang called black riders, and I was next to take his place as leader.They told me I had to leave the people I love so that way they won't be in danger."

Silence

"C-can you say something ,anything?"

Ryder's p.o.v

She staring at me dumbfound with tears in her eyes I want to wipe her tears away, but I don't wanna make it worse

We stayed silent for a moment until she spoke

"R-Ryder you could've told me anything. We use to tell everything to each other right?"

Silence

"Righ-"

*Knock knock*

"Let me go get that."

"Hey Ryder there someone at the door he say that he is looking for you!"

Ashly's p.o.v

I open the door and I see an attractive guy he says that he is looking for Ryder.

He also says his name Chris.

He walks in and sits on the couch with Ryder

"Yo man why did you ditched me."

He turns his head and looks up

"Oh shit what happen to your face?"

"black riders." Is all he said

"Oh shit"

"So um we should leave and go back to my house."

*Chris grabs his arm and pulls him*

"No I'm staying with Ashly! She need to be with me."

"Why?"

"Because what if the black riders show up again they know I'm at her house."

Ryder's p.o.v

I'm talking to Chris when all of a sudden

"Wait! One who are the black riders? Two why did they beat you up? ,and three how do they know you are at my house?"

"It's a lot to explain right now, but i need to hide you now."

She looks at me frighten I don't want her to look that way ever again

Then we Heard glass break

"What was that."

"Ashly is there anybody home?"

"N-no."

Shit

Me and Chris gave each other a look. we both know That was that the black riders broke into Ashly house

"We need to leave this house now!"

We go outside and the black riders are right there

They beat me up and Chris while they are taking Ashly

I'm too weak to stand up I see Chris running off to chase the van that they put Ashly in. I cursed under my breath

"Damn that should be me saving her."

Ashly p.o.v

we go outside and I see a gang they attacked Ryder and Chris as I was looking at them getting beaten up I wanted to do some thing but something hit me in the head I got greeted with darkness

I wake up and I see Chris holding me

I blush madly

Chris looks at me and smiles

My now red cheeks turns scarlet

"T-thank you for um saving me"

"No problem I could never let such a beautiful girl like you get kidnapped"

Did he just call me beautiful? He.Called.Me.Beautiful? Oh my go-

"Hey we should go get Ryder he got hurt pretty bad"

"Oh uh yeah sure can you um maybe put me down first"

"Oh yeah ok" he said looking away to hide his blush

As we walked back to my house I saw Ryder on the floor. A sleep or maybe knocked out.

I asked if Chris could take Ryder up to my room so I could get him cleaned up then Chris said he had to leave and that he would come back tomorrow check up on us.

We said our good byes and then he left.

why does my life have to be so complicated right now I thought the worst part is school hasn't even started yet

Oh shit school starts in 4 hours and I'm not even tired I thought as I when in to my room and saw a very peaceful Ryder in my bed.

Going to the bathroom And Getting my first aid kit I go back to my room and try to get Ryder to wake up key word being try but I failed miserably.

By now I started getting tired so I just left Ryder how he is and laid next to him.

automatically he wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me into his chest and held me tight for the first time in a long time I had the best sleep I Had in years and the best part is was that I was in Ryder's arms again.
