                   *Author's Note*

This isn't a regular story like all of the others on here. This is my autobiography. I changed the names of the characters but the writing is my life from my views.

The year is 1989, a child is to be born. Through all the odds and discontent from this unborn baby's mother he was strong and healthy. Ready to enter the world baby Paul gave the signal.

Abigail, the mother , was rushed to the hospital in an array of chaos. She had bared two children prior. One was dead on arrival while the other had health issues. Not Paul, he was a fighter. Born by cesarean section in the middle of September he weighed 8lbs 2oz and was 21" long. Abigail was exhausted from surgery and faded into a peaceful sleep.

Baby Paul was all alone. Left in a bedside crib he fussed and cried himself to sleep. This went on for a couple days. With the occasional feeding and small cuddle time he felt neglected.

When Abigail was better they were released to go home. When the family arrived home Paul's older brother Wade was waiting anxiously with his father to greet his new brother. The baby was placed carefully into Wade's embrace. He handled him with such care.

The father, Dean, gently whisked Paul from his brother's grip. Tears welled up in Dean's eyes as the baby looked at him and cooed. There was happiness that day even though it would be short lived.
