After the brief celebration, Jake decided to head back home, saying that he needed to help out around the house now. Ari and Kit waved him off and began to clean up their apartment. Well, Kit was cleaning. Ari was sitting on the couch, sketching in her notebook.

"What are you drawing, babe?" Kit asks, peeking over her shoulder to look.

"Just a little something to help Jake out on his new career." She replied, eyes still on the drawing.

"OK then. You do the homework?"

"Huh? Oh yeah. Taken care of." She replies automatically, still sketching. Kit shook his head with a small smile and made his way to the kitchen. Ari hums in thought while working on the sketch. She grins and puts the pencil down.

"This is perfect. Oh,Kit~!" She called out in a singsong voice. Kit peeks his head out from the door, a half-eaten tuna sandwich in his hand.

"Yeah, babe?" He asked, voice muffled slightly from the food.

"Come check this out. I think I've finally gotten Jake's costume ready. Well, the design at least." Ari says happily. Kit walks over and looks at the sketch.

"Nice. I like the spider design, especially the way the legs stretch out and wrap around the back." Kit says, nodding approvingly. "What's with the bracelets though?"

"I'm glad you asked. I've been doing some thinking. Since Jake is essentially a human spider, he's gonna have to spin webs like a spider."

"How's he gonna do that?"

"Simple. With a formula that I've been having help with in chemistry. I call it 'web-fluid'. It's surprisingly simple to make and easy to remember." Ari says proudly. Kit whistles lowly, impressed with his girlfriend's thinking.

"Damn, babe. One question though. How exactly will he shoot this web-fluid?"

"Another simple question. From the bracelets that I've dubbed 'web-shooters.'" Ari says.

"Sounds easy."

"Well, it isn't. It's going to take a lot of work to make these. Luckily, most of these parts can be found laying around here. The hard part is putting them together." Ari replies, idly sketching more details and equations into the notebook.

"Speaking of 'hard parts....'" Kit murmurs in her ear, slowly wrapping his arms around Ari's waist, smiling at her soft gasp.

"Kit...not now. I have to..." Ari tries to say, only for a low moan to escape from her throat as Kit began to softly nip at her neck.

"Come on, babe. It can wait until tomorrow." Kit murmurs lustfully, slowly running his hands up her body, stopping at her breasts.

"F-fine. Tomorrow."

"Good choice, babe. Now, get your beautiful ass in the bedroom." Kit says, quickly swatting Ari on her ass, causing her to squeal and hop up slightly. She gave him a sinful grin as she walked to their shared bedroom, a sway in her hips. Kit only gave her a predatory grin as he followed, shutting the door behind them.
