Showers of glitter and metamorphosis
Mild ache in my methylene karamus
You have been away for a hundred tequilas now
Jolting your way through derivations now
Long ago
Several seas
Dived in my blood
Remember?
And you smiled
As you saw the wave curse the posthumous
The migraine groaned
Frowning philosophy committed the divine
The medley still in my ears
The scream shrilled sand dust
Our eyes chased ambition
Whose was it?
The velvet.
The oblivion.
It wasn't his, you said it would be.
If the moons danced.
But the sparrow did shine.
The scarecrow did elongate it's mercy.
You said it wouldn't.
Ever.
