Battle B Daman: the story is real

Episode 1

"Here's what happened last time!"

"A new B Da player had entered into Maylene's home town; and he had serious skill. It looked as if it was all over for Maylene and 02 until Ken, the B Daman captain gave up the Victory Ball to help Maylene perfect her special shot and win the match. Armada then revealed himself to be the REAL Armada, and that him, Bull, Grey and Cain needed Maylene's help to track down Yamato, who's gone missing! Boy I hope she's up for the challenge!"

"And now on with the show!"

Set sail for the B Da World!

I did my morning stretches to help wake up, then I saw Windrush Zephyr on my dresser, I almost forgot about him.

"Maylene?" May knocked on the door, I almost forgot that I have a mom now.

"Yeah you can come in." I said

She opened the door, had something in her hand.

"I've got something for you, an outfit your going to want  for when you go to the B Da world."

"Thanks mom. Wow, I still can't believe this is all happening."

"I hope I got the measurements right, come down with it on so I can see how it looks."

I smiled and she left the room. *sigh, it's a dress. It's blue so that's a win, looks as if it reaches my knees. Well since she went through the trouble of making it I should try it on. It fits good. I noticed a few belt loops on it, mom must have it downstairs.

"Hey it looks great on you! Here Armada made this, you can carry your B Daman in it."

I slid the belt through the loops and it all looked good together. There was a knock on the front door.

"Hey guys we're here!" Bull said

"Speaking of, why'd you want us here so early anyways?" Grey asked

"Well Grey, truth be told, I'm not too comfortable with Maylene travelling with a group of boys. So, if you want to travel with her, one of you has to defeat me in a Direct Hit Battle."

"Really dad, really?"

"I'll take your challenge." Grey said

"Alright kid, let's see how you handle Black Lightning!"

Dad pulled out his B Daman, an eagle like design with lightning bolts running down the side.

"That's a, wicked B Daman."

"Black Lightning is part of my o hundred series, it's the original model, 01. Your going to have your work cut out for you Grey." Armada said

"No problem, me and Chrome Raven can handle it!"

Both set up their launchers.

"Ready! Set! B Da Fire!"

Dad began with a rapid attack, Grey could barely keep up with him. Then when he got the chance he fired back, using his rapid fire technique. Dad deflected all of his shots easily.

"Not bad kid but it'll take more than that!"

"Alright, don't say you didn't ask for it!"

Grey let Dad have it with a massively fast barrage. Dad could barely keep up, eventually Grey landed a hit.

Dad started laughing.

"Heh, i am a little rusty, haven't had a battle like that in years. You win Grey."

Cain walked in.

"Hold on. Before we go, you owe an apology to everyone."

"I know."

We all went outside and there was a large and angry crowd.

"Wait! There's something you need to know!" I said

"I'm sorry for all the trouble I've caused. I never meant any of it. The truth be told, I only did it to draw the best B Da player in town: and that's Maylene."

Everyone else laughed, and Cain sighed.

"That was easier than I thought."

Wow that's ridiculous. We headed to the outskirts of town. Armada opened a portal.

"Good luck Maylene. Find your brother." Dad said as he hugged me.

"Your not coming with?" I asked

"I need to stay behind and run the shop."

"Ok."

I took one look behind and we went through.
