Battle B Daman: the story is real

Pilot: Windrush Zephyr

When I got home, I immediately got a call from Armada.

"I need you back in the shop now! There's a big problem!"

I hurried there and saw a huge crowd in front of the shop.

"What's going on guys?" I asked

"We got creamed, all of us."

I got inside and saw it was bad. Really bad. The B Damans were all smashed.

"Who did this?" I asked

"Some guy, blonde haired, and he had a special kind of B Daman, it looked familiar, like a knight."

"Black Knight. That's the one that destroyed Cobalt Blade!"

"He threatened to smash our B Damans anyways! Your the only one left to battle him!"

What do I do? I don't stand a chance.

The door was kicked open.

"Where's Armada?!" He demanded

"Who are you?" I asked

"I'm Cain, Cain McDonnel."

"That's one heck of a cosplay you've got going, but seriously who are you?"

"What's Cosplay?"

"Sorry, I didn't realize that was your actual name. Why have you been trashing everybody's B Daman?"

"That's none of your business! I hate weak opponents so I did them a favour and got rid of their B Daman."

"Well there's one more you haven't battled." I said as I pulled out my B Daman, model 02, speed and power custom type. I set up the B Da table and set 02 to direct hit mode.

"Hah! You think you can beat me?"

"If I win you have to pay for everyone's B Daman damages, which is about $5 per repair and $3 extra for new parts. Which brings it up to $8, and since there are 16 people who's B Damans you smashed. So you owe $128. If you win, I'll pay for the damages."

"Fair enough, I accept- why are they blocking the door?"

"To make sure you keep your word if I win. Ready? Set! B Da Fire!"

I began to fire a bunch of B Da balls at him, and he easily dodged the attacks and fired back. I fired more and deflected his shots. I quickly reloaded.

"I'll give you points for trying, but trying doesn't win a match! Knight shatter blast!"

I fired all of my B Da balls and, like the attack it shattered all of them.

"Oh no I'm out!"

"Too bad."

"Maylene take this!" Ken said, he's the captain of the school's B Da Team. It's the Victory Ball!

"Are you sure?" I asked

"Use it!"

"You will never get the chance!" Cain said as he fired a barrage at me.

"Then it's time for MY special shot!"

I twisted my loader around to make it ready for the shot. I twisted around twice.

"B Da Hurricane Shot!"

A bunch of energy built up in the chamber, then the shot fired and blew away all the shots and hit Black Knight, but 02 was shattered.

"We won, but, 02's been smashed."

Cain handed me $136.

"You did good, Maylene was it? It was nice to meet you."

I picked up the Victory Ball and tried to hand it to Ken.

"Keep it. You deserve it more than I do."

Armada, a guy in a brown poncho and hat, and that lady from earlier.

"Armada, did you see what happened earlier? My shot, it, wow, um, I've got some cleaning up to do."

"I saw it, and it confirms my suspicions. I created that Victory Ball specifically for the reason to change an o hundred B Daman to a stronger model. I need everyone to leave!"

Everyone left the building.

"Finally I can remove this ridiculous disguise." Armada said as, he turned into a giant cat? Needless to say I was speechless.

"Wait, does that mean, that what i just battled, was the real Black Knight B Daman, and your Grey!"

"Yes. Also I'm Bull, and your pretty!"

"Bull! Hi I'm-" The lady that looked like May said as she pulled Bull's hair.

"So, we're going to tell her the truth then?" Dad asked

"Yes Seth, Yamato is missing, and without Cobalt Sabre we're in trouble. We need Maylene and Windrush Zephyr. 02 was the base B Daman for it."

"But it-"

The Victory Ball glowed green, and in a flash Windrush Zephyr replaced where 02 was standing.

"Maylene there's something else you need to know. It's about your mother."

"It's me." May said

"Then that means, Yamato is my brother!"

"Yes, you must travel to the B Da World, and find him. But for now, you must rest." Armada said "I will accompany you to assist on your journey."

I went back home and went to bed.

Author's note: there's a reason I picked the B Daman I did. Windrush Zephyr was the first and only B Daman toy I got. My brother got a two for one pack with Black Knight and Heliobreaker. My cousin had a Chrome Zephyr. All of us used to play the game a lot.
