Prestons piece of paradise

Preston pov.

"We're here!" I yelled jumping off my bike. The others had their mouths open, amazed at my little piece of paradise. "Guys! Hello!" I said waving my hands in their faces. Then mich grabbed my wrist. "Stop." He said narrowing his eyes at me. I just gulped and backed up. "So how did you find this place?"rob said eyeing the flowers. "It's a story for another day. Do you guys wanna go sit at the tilt tree?" I asked them. They all looked confused while Vik was giggling at the name. "What's a tilt tree?" Jerome asked looking at the tree. "It's the tree your looking at." I said walking towards the tree. I turned my head and their just standing there. " You guys coming or what?" I start running towards the tree. They start running as well. We all were panting when we reached the tree. "It is a pond. Let's swim!" Rob said taking his shirt off and jumping in. Jerome and I did the same thing. I swam under and then came up splashing rob and Jerome. "Come on in guys!" I yell swimming towards Vik, Lachan, and mich. "I can't swim but I'll go where my feet can touch the ground." Lachan said pulling his shirt off. "How about you two?" He said to Vik and mich.

Lachan pov.

"Don't tell me big scary mich is scared of some water?" I said mocking mich. he just narrowed his eyes at me and crossed his arms. "I'm not. I'm it's just, I um, don't like swimming." He kept tripping over his words. "How about you Vik?" I say stepping into the water. "I love the water and swimming and all but I don't want to." Vik said sitting on the trees stump. I frowned at that. I then had a idea and started smirking and rubbing my hands together. "What are you thinking about Lachan?" Jerome said. I looked at him and did a devilish smile. Preston, Jerome, and rob then had uneasy face expressions on. I walked over to Vik and pick him up. "DONT THROW ME IN PLEASE!!" Vik screamed. I didn't listen and threw him in anyways.  Vik yelled no and made a huge splash. He then ran out of the water. His hoodie was unzipped so he then quickly zipped it up. Vik looked at me quickly before sitting on the stump, hugging his knees and hiding his face in his knees with his hood over his head. "Lachan your such a pric." Mich said before crouching infront of Vik, whispering soothing words to him. I then got into the water and walked over to Jerome, rob, and Preston. "That wasn't really cool dude." Rob said. He didn't look that happy yet at the same time trying to hide that he was happy. Odd. "Poor Vicky sticky."Jerome said looking over at Vik and mich.

Mich pov.

"It's ok Vik. Just tell me why you didn't want to go in." I calmly whispered. I kept petting Vik's head to make him stop crying. Vik slightly moved his head up so I could see his face.vik now had a black eye. "You were wearing make up huh?" I then signed. He nodded and whispered. "My shirt is white so if it gets water on it then it's see through and you can see the bruises and cuts I have on my body." I nodded and pulled up my hoodie sleeve. Vik gasped when he saw the deep cuts on my arm. "I cut too. I didn't wanna swim because of it. Please tell me who is bullying you and I can stop the bruises and hopefully the cuts." Vik then hugged me. I hugged back. "Thank you." We then just sat there talking while the others swam. "Wow, Lachan is really hot." Vik muttered just staring at Lachan. "So you like him?" I smirked nudging him with my elbow. Vik then looked at me and started blushing a lot. "How long have you've liked him?" I ask still smirking. "Um, well he's in my math and gym class so I've liked him since the second day of school two weeks ago yet this is the first time actually hanging out with him." Vik explained. "Same here." Vik then just looked at me confused. "Jerome. He's in my social studies and math class. This is the first time I've actually hung out with him."
