Chapter 3: Empty Threats

Elena's POV

I was walking out of my room when aunt Jenna stopped me.

"Do I look adult? As in respectfully parental?" She asked.

"Depends on where your going." I laughed closing my door.

"Jeremy's parent teacher conference, hair up or Down?" She asked gathering a handful of her hand and throwing it up.

"Sexy stewardess." I smiled as she let it fall down her shoulders in tight curls.

"Boozy housewife." I smiled again as she sighed.

"Up it is, your feisty today." She smiled as Gianna came out of her room, with a fresh bandage on.

"I feel good so I've decided to go with it. Ya know walk on sunshine and all that jazz." I laughed as Gianna's door swung open, and she stepped out.

"Where do you think your going?" Jenna asked turning her attention to Gianna.

"To school." Gianna said grabbing her beg which she left by the stairs, again.

"Uh, no no no. The deal we made with the doctors was that you rested, until you were fully healed." Jenna said as I laughed a bit.

"I can't afford to miss anymore school I've been here for a week Aunt Jenna, I'm fine." Gianna laughed kissing her cheek as she ran around her and down the stairs.

"You just got ditched aunt Jenna." I laughed continuing my way down the stairs.

After History which was completely boring by the way, Stefan's and I got caught taking by Mr.Tanner and I tuned out after that.

"I still don't understand why she didn't just use her real name." I said to Stefan as I handed him the book.

"Female authors weren't really excepted at the time." He explained as we came to a stop.

"Here, I have tons of books." He said handing it to me.

"No really I couldn't...although I would like to read it again." I said biting my lip as I saw Gianna walking towards us.

"Thank you." I smiled at him as he nodded and smiled back.

"Gianna!" I called running up to her.

"Did you remember to change the bandage. I don't wanna have Jenna rip my head off because it got infected." I said as Gianna laughed but nodded.

"Yeah I changed it after second period." She said before running off.

Gianna's POV

I walked outside and up to Tyler as he engulfed me in a hug.

"Hey, haven't seen you in a while." He said kissing my cheek as he continued to talk to the girls next to him.

"Hey Tyler! You need to stop playing with Vicki alright! She is to nice if a girl to have you of all people using her." Jeremy shouted as Tyler pushed me back a bit.

"You need to walk away Gilbert, final warning!" Ty warned his chest rising and falling with anger.

"No this is your final warning dick, I'm sick of watching you play Vicki, if you hurt her one more time I swear I swear to god I will kill you!" Jeremy warned getting into his face, but the way his eyes darkened I knew that wasn't an empty threat like Tyler thought it was.
