Gianna POV

I woke up screamed and drenched in sweat, when a dark shadowy figure came rushing threw my door and onto my bed. It was then I made the figure out to be Aunt Jenna.

"It's okay, it's okay your safe. Your okay." Jenna kept repeating as she rocked me back and forth rubbing my back. Ever since my parents died I've been having these night terrors, every night for six months. But, usually their not a bad as this. Tonight it felt like I was actually dying, like the water was rising higher and higher until it consumed me whole. But, tonight was different I was the only one in the car.

"Your okay Gianna, your okay." Jenna kept repeating as my breathing calmed and the tears stopped flowing. I quickly glanced at my door and saw Elena and Jeremy looking at me concerned.

"Let's get you ready for school." Jenna said calmly as as helped me out of bed and to the bathroom where my towel was already hanging on the door.

"Thank you." I smiled as she smiled back  and kissed my temple before walking out mad closing the door behind me.

I hopped into the Luke warm shower as I let the water slide down my body soothing the aches. I would never tell Elena or Aunt Jenna this but I still hurt in places from the accident.

As I get out of the shower I wrapped the towel around my body before stepping out and walking over to my closet as I pulled out a simple outfit.

I took a deep breath looking myself over in the mirror before grabbing my bag and putting it on.

"It's a new day." I said quietly to myself walking down the stairs the same time Jeremy came out of his room. I grabbed his hand as he gave it a squeeze and kissed my cheek.

"You'll be fine G." He said as he continued down the stairs where he snaked Elena's coffee.

"It's your first day of school and I'm totally unprepared. Lunch money?" Jenna asked as I finally entered. She was holding up a couple bills maybe 20 all together. But, then a question hit me. Why is money green and not white like regular paper. Is it because the Statue of Liberty is green and rusted? I don't know.

"Gianna!" Elena snapped me out of my thoughts as she looked at me worriedly.

"You okay?" She asked as I simply nodded before running out the door to catch the bus. This is what I don't get, we get bussed to school yet both my siblings try and find rides.

"Hey Gianna." Bonnie shouted as I skidded to a stop.

"Sup, Bon." I smiled as Elena walked out of the door.

"Ride with us!" Bonnie begged as I hopped into the back without argument knowing I wasn't going to win this battle with her.

"So grams has been telling me I'm physic-" Bonnie says but I think I better correct her in this one.

"Don't you mean psycho?" I questioned innocently as Bonnie rolled her eyes at me. After that I kinda turned out the whole conversation thinking about the night mom and dad died.

If Elena and I didn't go to that stupid party they would still be here, yelling at Jeremy and I for not doing our homework.

"Elena, Gianna! Back in the car." Bonnie laughed as Elena's and I's head snapped towards her apologetically.

"Sorry Bonnie, we did it again didn't we?" Elena asked as I sat their teary eyed trying to get the thought out of my head.

"You were telling us that..." Elena blanked looking at me for the answer but I was just as clueless.

"That I'm physic now." Bonnie smiled evilly when all of a sudden something hit the windshield, causing the car to swerve to a sudden stop.

"Oh my god, Elena, Gianna, are you okay? It, I-it just came out of nowhere." Bonnie stammered. My eyes were still mode with fear and shock when Elena grabbed my hand.
