Gianna's POV

I had just finished getting dressed in a white flowy dress that came down to mid thigh, and I had also put on a pair of white flags. I debated on weather to take the face paint off or not but I did. So I walked to my bathroom and scrubbed my face before walking down the stairs.

"Bye Aunt Jenna." I called or as I left the house.

The walk to the grill was silent, other then the people who were clearly drunk in the allies.

"Hey Ty." I screamed jumping onto his back as he played a game of pool.

"Sup, Gianna." He laughed as I stayed on his back. His eyes caught Jeremy's as Vicki walked over to him.

"Ty, no please." I said as he kinda pushed me off of his back and staggered over to Jeremy. I decided to stay back and try to find Bonnie and Caroline instead of dealing with Tyler an Jeremy bicker over a girl who is just toying with both of their hearts.

I wondered out of the grill when I saw a family. Parents, and two kids. A girl around 3, a boy around 6 and another little girl around 7.

"Alexa, please stay with us." The mother called out as the eldest child ran back to them and grabbed ahold of the fathers hand laughing.

"Okay where would you like to go James?" They asked the little boy who looked oddly like Jeremy. His doe brown eyes were filled with wonder and his chestnut brown hair was flying every which way in the wind. I could only think about the first time Mom and Dad took me to an event like this.

But, my eyes landed on the little girl, she had wondered into the street just as a silver jeep was speeding down the road with no care in the world. I ran into the road and grabbed the little girl as her parents stood mortified.

I had reached her just in time barley making it passed the jeep.

"Oh my god. Thank you so much. Arianna don't run off like that!" The father scolded as the mother brought me into a hug.

"Thank you so much. You saved her life." She cried out pulling away as they then went their separate ways.

Caroline and Gianna were sitting on the bench when Bonnie came up too the pair  smiling like an idiot.

"Gianna, what you did is all over the news." The young teen squealed, practically jumping up and down.

"It wasn't a big deal, I just didn't want that family to go threw a tragic loss if they didn't have to." Gianna shrugged as Bonnie hugged the living daylights out of her.

"Wait, I'm confused what did you do?" Caroline asked the young teen as Bonnie squealed, obviously anxious to tell the story.

"A little girl wondered out into the street, as a jeep was recklessly speeding, short story Gianna ran out I got he street and pushed the little girl out of the way." Bonnie exclaimed exaggerating at bit.

"Your making it sound like I'm a hero. And that it was all glamorous." Gianna laughed modestly.

"Peter Parker by day Batman by night." The blonde girl beamed.

"Caroline Peter Parker was a superhero too." Gianna laughed.

"He was spider man." She added as someone walked over and light her candle.

"Thank you." She smiled up to find Stefan.

"Oh, hi Stefan." She smiled genuinely. And Gianna smiling is something you don't see very often anymore.
