A New Song

First English

This is a short story to help those impatient readers wait a little bit longer. Don't know how well this will work out but... here goes

When Robin first spoke English no one knew how to react. Wally still denies any claims of him super running out of the room. Of course, this would make the most sense if we started at the beginning.

It was a normal day in the cave. Wally and Artemis were bickering like an old married couple, Kalder was reading, Connor was pouting in his room, Megan was failing at cooking and Robin was... who knows. So when a creepy cackle was heard in the air vents they were all a little nervous.

This happened multiple times throughout the day, and none of the team could figure it out. Only at the end of the day did they get answers.

While waiting for their mentors to arrive Robin sneaks behind Wally and jumps on his back, effectively scaring the junior speedster. As Wally runs out of the room like a chicken Robin gives the same cackle that had been echoing around the cave for the whole day.

Then opening his mouth Robin proudly announces that "Wally ain't whelmed... ain't whelmed one bit."
