what if our skin had very tiny little indents that match our soulmates' which was why "we fit like two pieces in a puzzle came to be" because what if soulmates were really made to be puzzles and what if in the olden times, the indents were bigger so people found their soulmates easily but someone modified the indents to be tiny which explains why there are so many fuckboys and we experience so many heartbreaks because we think that the indents are right and that they fit but to be honest, we're just convincing ourselves that the indents fit because the possibility of never finding your soulmate is more present with us than it was present in the older generations
