Chapter 8

Marinette woke up and realized she wasn't late so she changed with no pressure.

"Tikki today its the party! They are honoring us!! And this time I am going to be present!"

"Marinette, who are you going with?"

"Alya, Nino..."

"No, I mean a date!"

"Umm... I don't know... Adrien said he was taking someone but I'm not sure who..."

Marinette let out a sight and left downstairs. She ate breakfast and left.

Adrien was in his car when he saw Marinette walking. He was thinking about the night with Chat.

"She probably hates Chat now..."

He arrived at school just 10 minutes early. Nino was with Alya. Marinette rushed to Alya and Nino.

Adrien made his way up when Chloe popped.

"Adrien! Who are you going with?"

"I still don't know who to ask..."

"Oh so you have someone in mind?"

"Yeah... But I can't tell you."

"Hmm?"

"See ya." He then walked towards Nino and greeted Marinette and Alya.

"Marinette, can I talk to you for a second?

"Umm sure what's up?

"Will you go with me to the party? You're one of my closest friends and well Alya is going with Nino."

"....." Marinette was thinking many things in her mind this moment and a smile grew in her face. "YES!!"

"Cool well I'll see ya at the party."

Marinette was glad it was her who he asked. Alya was right next to her and nodded slightly.

"See? He is at your knees!"

"Aww Alya!! I'm so excited!!"

"Yep and try to dress up nicely. Something casual. Remember, don't improve!"

"Oh jeez yes! I need to make a dress!! Probably a short dress!"

"Well yeah, that would work."

The bell rang and the kids went to class.

Marinette kept daydreaming of how her night will be with Adrien. She probably will kiss him. Or better, he probably will ask her to marry him.

"Marinette? Are you alright?" Adrien asked.

"Yes, why?"

"Well class is over and we are the only ones here."

"Oh!! Sorry!! Well I better go home I need to work on something I'll see you later~"

"Bye." He waved at her and chuckled. Plagg then popped up.

"I thought you were asking Ladybug?"

"Yeah. But she has to go after they honor us."

"And why her may I ask?"

"Hey, she likes me and well she isn't going with anyone and I'm not either so we could go. Besides, she is kinda pretty."

Plagg rolled his eyes and then ate cheese. Adrien went home to change. He was going up simple:
Some jeans and a tank top with a hoodie on it.

Marinette was ready to make her dress and by the time Alya arrived, she was done.

"Hey Marinette! Let me see that dress of yours."

"Here Alya, what do you think?"

Alya was surprised. It was a red dress with the black polka dots forming the Eiffel Tower. And then some randomly around the dress.

"Wow! Adrien is going to love it!"

"Really!"

"Yep. But one more thing...."

"What?"

"You should let your hair loose. It will look way better."

"Alright... There!"

"Perfect, now let's go. Because the first thing they're doing is the Honoring of Ladybug and Chat Noir!!"

"Ahhh! I totally forgot!! You go cause you don't want to miss this!! I'll see you at the party!!"

Alya left and Marinette became Ladybug. She then flew to the party. Chat Noir was there already.

"My Lady, I like what you did to your hair!"

"Oh yeah! Give me a sec." She tied them back to pig tails.

"Hmm.."

The Mayor began to speak about how Ladybug and Chat Noir where always there to help Paris from evilness.

"Thank you! It is our Honor to be here!! I want to say that it is our pleasure to help Paris anytime!"

Ladybug waved at the civilians and then left with Chat Noir.

"Well I think we need to go and transform."

"My Lady, I hope to see you later and have fun!"

Chat Noir opened the elevator and suddenly he got knock out.
