19|| Our Solar System

Drew's POV

I watched Nate's cheeks flush pink, as Molly pulled her lips away from his cheek.

I worried about him..

It was clear to me he was starting to crush on her, beginning to stare at her more than friends should.

I had told him how she was, with her emotions.

I didn't want him to fall for her, because he would most likely just get hurt.

"We got a message from the vamps band, they want us to fly out to LA and try out for a band, they want to sign one and have them as their opening act," I said to my mom, breathing in quickly in anticipation of what she would say.

"That great Drew." She said smiling happily, walking up to hug me before Nate.

"We're also planning on bringing Molly with us" I said to my mum smiling at Molly.

"Oh that would be great." She said smiling even wider, clearly she had already been thinking about Molly.

I needed her to come.

We were like to aligned planets.

We had basically spent the past to year together by each other's sides the whole time.

We told each other everything and as much of a friendship I had with Nate.

Nothing could replace Molly.

"Well, anyway you should start sorting everything out right?" My mom asked.

All three of us nodded.

"LA here we come." Molly said, racing up the stairs, posing like super man.

Me and Nate following behind her.

Okay, maybe me and Molly weren't just two aligned planets anymore.

There was another planet fitting into our solar system.

Me and Nate, both depended on Molly.

She was like our sun.

She got us out of awkward situations, came up with the best ideas.

Hell, she was what had brought us all together.

She was always in front of me and Nate.

She came up with the good ideas, she made us post videos on YouTube to get us noticed,

Hell, we let her make us dye out hair without thinking twice about it.

I had a feeling that this band, was going to bring great things and it would be amazing.

But as Molly ran up the stairs laughing to herself along the way, me and Nate looked at each other.

We both understood, what was said in that moment.

Whether it was spoken or not.

This band could be, possibly the best thing that has ever happened to us.

But if they didn't like Molly, if they didn't fit into our solar system that we, loved so dearly.

The it wouldn't work.

Because, Molly made everything seem possible.

She had it the worst out of us all, yet was the most positive and couldn't care less about whatever shit she was going through.

And no matter what she was loyal.

Me and Nate both knew, she was what made all this seem possible in the first place.

It was why, when we found out about the band thing we hadn't even had to discuss it with each other to know we were bringing Molly.

Because we were basically family.

And you can't break us apart.

So what if Nate was starting to like Molly?

Sure it would make it a bit more of a fucked up family but it wouldn't change a thing.

And if this band fitted into our solar system.

It was going to be one hell of a ride.

Because I knew one thing.

Molly didn't change for people.

So we wouldn't either.

And if they were like us.

Well.
