"Can you believe that this is where they shot The Amazing Spider-Man?" Mia questioned as she and Perrie walked the streets of New York eating frozen yoghurt together.
Nightfall hit New York and Mia adored the way the city was lit and awake. Every café or shop they passed was filled with masses of people and Mia was fascinated by it all.
When everyone got to their hotel room earlier, they stayed in there for a while. Mia wanted to go out so badly but everyone felt so tired and lazy to go anywhere. She understood so she just explored the hotel by herself and left Fae in their room.
Mia wasn't comfortable with being around Fae. She didn't really know how she was going to survive the rest of the week with her. But she will try and tolerate her for Harry's sake. Yes.
Perrie laughed. "You're also into Marvel and stuff?" She questioned looking at Mia. Mia took a spoonful of yoghurt and then looked at Perrie with an 'are you kidding me' expression.
"Yes I am. How can someone not be?" Mia said. Perrie shrugged. "I don't really know. I have never been hooked on them like other people have?"
"Well we don't choose if we want to be hooked on them or not. It's like a wand from Harry Potter, it chooses us," Mia said. Perrie chuckled. "Well, it never chose me," She said.
"You need to really sit down and enjoy the movie for it to choose you. When we go down to London, you and I are going to have a movie night," Mia said. "Yay!" Perrie said sarcastically.
Mia's eyes opened wide amusement; she swore they would fall out. "No way. We're in Times Square. I'm actually miles and miles away from home and standing in Times Square with a celebrity. Oh gosh, this is all so overwhelming," She said like an excited little schoolgirl.
Perrie laughed to herself. "Have you only noticed that now?" She questioned. "Well, yes. Actually no. I don't know. Maybe?" Mia said.
Perrie chuckled. "I've never met anyone more confused in my life. I wonder how you pick your outfits in the morning," She said.
Mia stuck out her tongue at Perrie and imagined herself all confused about what to wear. She wasn't that type of girl though. She was the type to wear what she likes. Unless she is forced to wear something else.
"It actually takes me a few minutes to pick my clothes," Mia said. "But I know people who take about half an hour."
"So do I. Often I am one of them," Perrie said. "You never actually told me what's going on with you" Mia looked at Perrie confused. "What's wrong with me? Mia repeated. "You know. Between you and your brother?" Perrie said.
Mia bit her lip and looked at Perrie a little bit nervous. "Is it that obvious something's going on?" She questioned.
Perrie nodded. "Yes. I have a hunch to what it is. Why don't you just tell him you don't like her rather than not talking to him at all," She suggested.
"Well, because for one thing I don't want to ruin someone else's relationship because of myself," Mia said.
"He has to think of it, Mia. What does he want more, his sister or a girl? I'm pretty sure he'll choose you," Perrie said.
"I think you saw him this morning, running to Fae and being with her. He obviously likes her more than me. I will never be able to replace Gemma, but Fae will replace me," Mia replied.
Perrie looked at Mia, seeing sadness take over her emotions. "Mia, you're Harry's sister and he loves you. Zayn even said that you helped get his mind off Gemma."
"And now Fae is helping him get his mind off me." Mia said. Perrie gave her a sympathetic look. Why did Mia have to put herself in this position? In the one position it is impossible to get out of.
