Part 9- Back to School

"Feeling better?" Taekwoon rubbed
Hakyeon's back as they both sat on the couch
Hakyeon nodded slowly, "Yeah, thank you, really. And I'm sorry you had to see.. All that"

Taekwoon smiled, "You know after that I figured out, you're one of the strongest people I know"

Hakyeon laughed then jumped at the noise coming from the other room

He got up and answered his phone, "Hello? R..right now?"

Taekwoon studied Hakyeon curiously
Hakyeon hung up the phone

"Sorry Taekwoon, I gotta head out"

Taekwoon looked at the time, "It's a bit late don't you think?"

The clock read 11:32 PM

Hakyeon smiled, "No no it'll be fine, I'm sure. I'll see you tomorrow"

Taekwoon got up to politely say goodbye but Hakyeon already had his shoes on

He opened the door, looking back at Taekwoon for one last second,
"Thank you again, you really helped me today."

Hakyeon smiled at Taekwoon's awkward return smile

He closed the door, running off
Taekwoon could barely hear him yelling outside,
"Aish! Jaehwan, Wonshik!"

Taekwoon smiled slightly at that,

"Dork.."

They hadn't seen each other until school started again.
Hakyeon walked through the hallways, smiling
He was so excited to see Taekwoon again. Hakyeon peered into the classroom,

'Not here yet..' He pouted

He remembered Taekwoon the other night, comforting him

It made his heart ache, what did that mean?
Did Taekwoon feel the same?

Hakyeon decided to wait for Taekwoon, cheerily standing outside the classroom
He looked at his watch every few seconds which felt like years to him

"Ah!" He saw Taekwoon quietly enter through the front door

Headphones in, looking down at his phone
Hakyeon skipped over, "Taekwoon-ah!"

Taekwoon glared at him, "What"
He took a earphone out

"How are you today?" Hakyeon hummed

Taekwoon shrugged, returning the earphone to his ear and continuing to walk

Hakyeon huffed, "Tsk Yah! Taekwoon!"

He followed him, tugging on his backpack making Taekwoon violently turn around and glare

He pulled both earphones out, "What do you want?!"

"Yah! Don't yell at me! Tsk, what happened to the sweet Taekwoon I saw this weekend??"

"Hmm? Hmm? What happened to him Taekwoon?"

Taekwoon rolled his eyes, "Aish, that was in the moment"

Hakyeon pouted, "You didn't feel anything? Not one bit?"

Taekwoon answered with another eye roll and went into the classroom
