Frisk sat on a hill, looking over the vast horizon. 

"Hey kid." They looked around and saw a short skeleton dressed in shorts and a jacket.

"Sans." They said, sounding worried.

"Yeah, that's my name." Sans said. Frisk laughed for a second and then looked back towards the horizon. "What's up kid?" Sans asked.

"Umm, well...nothing actually." Frisk said quickly.

"Kid, I can tell when somethings bothering you. What is it?"

"I said it's nothing!" Frisk got up and walked away quickly. Sans stayed back for a second, thinking. Frisk had never snapped like that before. Sans sighed. What could be wrong? He decided to walk back to the house and tell the others what had happened. Maybe Toriel would be able to talk to them. 

When Sans got back to the house everyone was relieved. "The kid came back a little while after you went to find them." Papyrus told Sans.

"But something was, well, different about them." Toriel said, looking worried.

"Yah." Alphys commented. "They looked, well, sad."

"And they wouldn't let anyone talk to them either." Undyne remarked. At this Toriel frowned and looked down.

"Hey, Tori." Sans said, noticing. "It's gonna be OK. We'll figure this out." Toriel smiled at him but then looked down again.

"Hey." Undyne said. "I bet this whole thing will blow over and they'll be back to themselves in no time."

"But they've never acted like this before." Flowey reminded them.

"I think they'll be fine." Alphys said. Suddenly a piercing scream filled the air, coming from the direction of Frisk's room...
