~ Marco's P.O.V ~

WHY?! WHY?! WHY?! Out of all the people she had to be the new neighbor?! Uggghhhh....well, as long as I don't have to actually talk to her I'll be fine I guess. And I can tell that she also doesn't want to be here. As soon as she saw me her eyes went wide and she took a step back I think. My Mom of course noticed this and asked if we already know each other. "Not really" I shoved my hands into my pockets as I answered and narrowed my eyes at her. But, her face showed no expression at all. Most people usually get intimated or nervous when I look at them with my glare. Guess that makes her more weird too.

"Well you two can get to know each other better today during Dinner!" She placed her hands on my shoulders and lead me to the dinning table. "Come on now, Dinners just about ready." She smiled and put out her hand to show the way towards the table with the other hand still on my shoulder. This, is going to be one hecka long dinner *sigh*

☆ StarsP.O.V ☆

Oh no!, OH no!!, OH NO!!!
This is just great. Maybe I can Ovid talking to him. That would make the dinner easier to handle. I'm already used to not making conversation with my parents back at Mewni, so this shouldn't be different whatsoever. Marco's mother was very sweet and friendly to us, his father was very welcoming and tried to make us feel at home. Their home is very.... decorative and colorful, giving of a somewhat cozy and warm feeling to the place. As Marco's mother led us to the dinning hall-er table, a certain wall captured my attention. It had framed photos of some children, all of different ages, that I'm positively certain don't live here. I suppose I was staring at them for a while that I just spaced out and was brought out of the gaze when Mrs.Daiz noticed me looking at them.

"Ahhhh, I see that you've noticed all the pictures. Your probably wondering who they all are. Well, we usally take care of some forage exchange students whose parents can't take care of them while they are attending school for a better education." She looked at me with a smile while Pointing at some of the photos.

"Oh how lovely. Are any of those students staying with you currently?" I'm glad that I already have a conversation started.

"No, we don't have any staying with us right now. It's always a pleasure to have them around the house when we do have them." She soon walked away
over to the kitchen since the dinning room is connected to it.

I found my seat next to my Aunt Ruby and fixed my dress as I sat down. But to my surprise, Marco sat right in front of me. I saw in his face that he wasn't to happy about this either. I needed to look at somthing else or this whole dinner is going to be very much akward. I was about to talk to my aunt to tell her what she thinks of the place so far, but as soon as I took in my breath to speak, Mrs.Daiz came in and placed the food on the table saying " FOODS READY! Hope you enjoy what I've prepared for. Make sure to save room for dessert too!"

Marco's P.O.V

Dinner is just about over and I didn't even have to talk to her once. I pushed my chair back, grabbed my empty plate and began to head towards the sink. But of course, mom had different plans.

"Oh, Marco since I see that both you and Star have finished, why don't you take Star up to your room. I sure she doesn't want to sit here and listen to our conversations." Mom just sat there all cheerfully looking back between star and me. There is no way that I'm bring HER up to MY room. So I just kinda stood there not knowing what to say cause everyone's just looking at me and waiting to see what I have to say about it.
