"No, we're not watching that." Jamie said taking the remote from Alex's hands. They were watching a soccer match. She flipped through the channels until she found Greys Anatomy.
"We're not watching this either!" Mason said trying to grab the remote.
"Fight me." Jamie said holding the remote away from Mason. The boys groaned but the girls were all engulfed in the tv.
The storm looked like it was only getting worse. The wind cracked against the house. The lights flickered out one by one until the tv went black.
"Great." Hailee said.
"Do you guys have candles?" Heather asked.
"Don't think so." Alex said. It wasn't too dark, but if it didn't come back on later, they were going to have a problem.
"Now what are we supposed to do?" Mason said.
"Well we could play stupid games." Parker suggested. Everyone agreed, not having any other idea.
"What's first?" Jamie asked.
"Truth or dare?" Alex said. Jamie hated truth or dare. She thought it was stupid to be forced to say if you've ever had sex or smoked weed, then be forced to kiss someone or go sit in a room with them for five minuets. But she knew she couldn't change their minds; so she just went along with it.
"Wait?" Jamie stopped them all. "Could we change first?" She asked. "Could we borrow some clothes?" The boys nodded.
"I'll give you guys something. Come with me." Parker said, and all the girls followed him upstairs. He rummaged through his drawers and handed Heather and Hailee a shirt and some pajama pants. "Hold on I'll go ask Harry for some."Jamie followed Parker out of his room and down to Harrys.
"Harry do you have some pajamas Jamie could wear?" Harry snapped his head up from the book he was reading. He didn't say anything, just threw pants and a shirt at Jamie. Jamie wondered why he was so closed off. Why he never talked.
"Thanks." Jamie said.
"We're playing truth or dare if you wanna come." Parker said before closing the door. The girls got changed in the bathroom, they all laughed at the way they look in the boys clothes. They all left and met the boys back down stairs. Harry was there, Jamie was surprised to see him, but kind of... excited.
"Who's first?" Alex said.
"I'll go!" Mason said, a little too excitedly.
"Truth or dare?" Alex asked.
"Truth." Mason replied. Jamie wasn't really paying too much attention, she was focused of the British boy. She studied the features of his face. His eyes were focused on Mason and Alex. His strong features made him look intimidating but the smile he flashed every once and a while made him like a soft puppy.
"Who's the last girl you slept with?"
"Kelsey." All of the guys laughed and congratulated him, except Harry.
Boys. Jamie thought, rolling her eyes. In fact, all of the girls rolled their eyes.
"Jamie!" Mason said. Jamie snapped out of her thoughts and groaned.
"What." She whined.
"Truth or dare?" She dreaded those word.
"Dare."
"I dare you to go jump in the snow, with only under wear on." Mason said and Parker high fived him.
"Nice!"
"No, not nice! I'm gonna freeze!" Jamie was not about to go jump in the snow.
"We'll have blankets and warm clothes ready."
"Do it. Do it. Do it!" They all chanted.
"Fine."
