Me and Robert go to hop in the car and Robert holds aj because I have yet to buy him a carseat. Once we were both in, i make my way to the supermarket I went to yesterday so I could buy a carseat.
I made Robert stay in the car just to save time and headed inside, once I was in I went straight to the back where I saw the car seats and picked out a dark blue and light green one.
I took it off the shelf and looked at the price which read $85.99, my eyes widened in shock and a small wince escaped my mouth.
I looked at all the other ones and they were all around the same price so I just went with my original choice and went to checkout.
I went to the first lane I saw since the place was really empty right now and I placed the carseat on the counter.
I pulled out my wallet as the old women scanned the barcode and I saw the price pop up on the screen in front of me.
But what I didn't expect was for the price to come up as $55, I looked up at the women and she smiled at me.
"Is it your first?"
"Yes."
"I know the feeling, its ok."
"Thank you."
She smiled at me and I gave her a fifty and a ten since she was so nice, but when I placed the ten down she picked it back up and tried to hand it to me.
I shook my head and pushed it back to her with a smile on my face, she kept it and gave me one last smile before I went back outside to my car.
When I was at the car I saw that aj was crying through the window and Robert was bouncing him up and down trying to calm him down.
I chuckled because I could relate and I speed walked to the car, I opened the back seat door and placed the car seat in.
I didn't exactly know how to strap it up so I just took aj and put him in, I buckled him up with the buckles in the car seat, then I took the regular car seat and strapped it over.
I saw that he was still crying so I pulled out his binki from my pocket and mentally cursed because I forgot to buy a diaper bag.
I made a mental note to get one next time I come out here and I got in the car, I looked over at Robert once I was in and he had his hands over his face.
"What's wrong?" I chuckled.
"I didn't know a human being could be so loud for so long, he cried the second you went in."
I laughed at his over dramaticness and I started the car up, putting it into gear.
Once we were back on the road I pulled out my phone and turned it on, my GPS popping up as soon as I did so, having Carson's address already typed in.
We finally make it to Carson's house after 10 minutes and I unstrap aj and make my way to her front door.
I ring the door bell and i heard little feet patter across the floor and then the door opens revealing a small little girl.

"Hi." she smiled up at me,sounding out of breath but her voice was so small and cute.
As soon as I was about to reply I heard Carson coming.
"I told you not to answer the door."
She moved her aside and I took in what she was wearing. It was a white crop top with some blue jean joggers and some white ankle socks. To say she looked beautiful was an understatement.
"Hey sorry about her, come in."
