Cindy watched as Bella and Edward rushed towards Bella's house she watched them pretended to argue and she watched Edward jump up towards Bella's bedroom and help her get the things she needed and she watched Bella say those hurt for words to her father just so her father would be safe away from the danger, Bella got into the truck with Cindy hidding so Bella's father wouldn't see Cindy "He'll forgive you." Cindy spoke to Bella, Bella was a bit surprised but was still upset with herself for saying the exact same words her mother had said to her father before she left him,
"How can you be so strong?" Bella asked the blonde "I've been through a lot." Cindy said Bella jumped scared that Edward had popped out of nowhere "Your father is going to forgive you." Edward said opening the driver door and getting in and taking the steering while as Cindy moved a side to make room for Edward
"He won't, you should've seen his face, I told him the same thing my mom told him when she leaving him." Bella said shaking her head "It was the only way he'd let you go, just don't worry about him now he's safe the tracker is following us." Edward said looking at Cindy who was staring out the car window "Seth will be safe too, no vampire crosses to the reservation." Edward told Cindy giving her a soft smile, Cindy nodded when Emmett jumped onto the back scaring Bella even more than she already was, Emmett nodded towards his daughter smiling at her and she smiled back at him.
"It's just Emmett, Alice is in the car behind him." Edward said at this moment Cindy felt bad seeing Bella look out the window to see her friends having fun and smiling while Bella and Cindy were being chased by a vampire tracker that wanted them both dead, when they got to the house, Emmett, Edward, Bella and Cindy walked through the front door to see Carlisle and Laurent,
Emmett and Edward hissed moving Bella and Cindy behind them "Wait." Carlisle said "He came to warn us about James." Carlisle added Cindy looked at Laurent who was already looking at her it was different to see vampires protecting a witch when witches didn't really like vampire they didn't side with anything that was part of nature or caused damaged to innocent people
"This isn't my fight, and I've grown tired of his games, but he has unparalleled senses absolutely lethal, I've never seen anything like him in my three hundred years, and the woman Victoria don't underestimate her." Laurent said walking past them out of the house.
"I'd have to fight their kind before not easy to kill." Jasper explained "But not impossible." Emmett pointed out setting Cindy rushed to her mother's side hugging her as Rosalie set Cindy on the counter Rosalie than sitting next to her
"Well tear him apart and burn the pieces." Emmett told them "I'd never thought of killing another creature even one satistic one like James." Carlisle spoke "I would die for Cindy but What if he kills one of us first?" Rosalie questioned CIndy tensed up she didn't want anyone dying because of her
"I'm going to run Bella South, as well as Cindy it'll take the tracker away from here." Edward said
"No. Edward, James knows you wouldn't leave them." Carlisle said to Edward "I'll go with Cindy, and Bella, Jasper and I will drive them South, We'll keep them safe." Alice told Emmett, Rosalie and Edward, Alice grabbed Bella "Can you keep your thoughts to yourself?" Edward asked "Yes." Alice said leading Bella to the car, "Mom, Dad please don't make me leave you." Cindy pleaded her parents
"Cindy you have to go with them I want you here with us more than anything sweetheart but if it means keeping you safe me and your dad have to do everything possible to keep you safe and alive, you have to be strong okay, and when everything is safe well sit back in the living room and watch whatever you want to watch and do whatever you want to do okay?" Rosalie asked her daughter, Cindy nodded looking at her parents as Emmett and Rosalie kissed her forehead letting Alice leaded Cindy into her and Jasper's car
"Esme, Rosalie could you put theses on so the tracker will pick up Bella's scent." Edward said Rosalie was already holding Cindy's in her hands as she looked disgusted grabbing Bella's "Why? What is she to me?" Rosalie asked looking at Bella, "Rosalie, Bella is with Edward, she is part of this family now, and we protect out family." Carlisle said handing her Bella's jacket, Rosalie and Edward stared at each other for a minute until she took Bella's jacket as well Cindy ignored Bella and Edward's lovey dovey talk until they were finally driving off

Hours, and Hours of driving and Cindy hated it, she hated it so much she hated how silent it was she was a bit happy to see Bella finally calling her mother who wouldn't answer while, The four were currently in Phoenix, at some hotel.
When Alice and Cindy gasped "What is it? What do you see?" Jasper asked his mate and Cindy "James. He changed course." Cindy said as Cindy watched Alice started to explain where James was going only to find out he was going to Bella's old ballet studio
Edward called Bella, just as Emmett called Cindy explaining everything to Cindy "Dad I have a bad feeling." Cindy said "Cindy just stay with Jasper and Alice and nothing will happen to you do you understand." Emmett told his daughter "Y-yeah." Cindy said as she hung up quickly

Bella and Cindy were in the hotel room when Bella had gotten a call from James talking about how Jasper had Bella's mother and Cindy told her she could see anything but James, James had said he'd only let Renee live if Cindy and Bella went to the ballet studio so you can figure where the girls were headed to as they escaped without Alice and Jasper noticing due to one of Cindy's sleeps because she knew Alice would've saw it coming if she didn't do a spell, and now the girls were in a taxi waiting to practically get killed by a tracking vampire.
